Birth
Okuha was born into the Suwanpu clan on the fifth of January, deep in the swamp. Her clan had always been isolated from most of the village, and all members were expected to do so. She was a small baby. Many of the other clan members (who held a clan community hidden in the swamp, far from prying eyes) thought of Okuha's father as a disappointment, due to his inability to master their complex Kekkai Genkai and complicated Hiden sealing methods.
Transition to Adulthood
Okuha's crazy persona grew more and more a part of her as she aged. Her mother now dead, she took control of the clan, and ran it with an iron fist. The once adorable girl had now become a power hungry witch, forcing the rest of the village into her religion, the mystical art of Voodooism. The clan had already been strongly influenced by this culture, however few had the ability to control this bizarre, archaic shinobi art. Many people were executed (via horrific ponds kept in the hut of Okuha herself filed with her Red-bellied piranha) because of their inability.

Training
Her mother (a highly respected senior council member) began to teach her daughter the clan jutsu (and various elementals) at the youngest possible age. Many of the clan's jutsu revolve around swamp related things, and Okuha embraced this, garnering a bizarre devotion to the environment that all Suwanpu hold. Many thought of her as the perfect clan member, despite her mental health being deeply below standard. She was quite insane. This was most likely inherited from her half-crazed father. She developed a sadistic nature, taking to cutting open small animals that she caught herself, and savoring their emotions. Her unique ability to find supplementary nutrients, such as making her more awake, in the emotions and feelings of living things set her apart from the others. The reason she cut animals was that the sheer pain, excitement, fear, horror, and angry emotions the animal generated thrilled her, even supplied her with energy. She continued to concentrate on her training, however, and learning other abilities as well. These included boating on the river in the clan's homemade long boats, and the taming of the clan's blood-contract animal, the Red-bellied piranha, the only subspecies of the fish who matches the horrific myths of being able to dilacerate a living thing the size of a human being in less than twenty-two seconds.

Fall of the Suwanpu
By this time, Okuha's mental health was horrible. She was driven to the point that she destroyed her own clan! In a fit of horrific rage, she sunk all the village platforms (save for her clan leader hut), and summoned piranha. The entire village was wiped out. After several years of living as a hermit, Okuha developed a reputation in the village as "The Swamp", due to her reclusive nature. Almost seven years after the destruction of her clan, Okuha captured three members of a Genin squad sent on a mission into the swamp. The three eleven year-olds were easily manipulated into working for her, and Okuha made them a part of her "own squad", the Doll Triad, a true testament to her devotion to Voodooism. She has taught them clan Hiden and other such things. With their help, she has even managed to open up a large shop, filled with voodoo dolls, and other curios. It is known as "Madam Teeth's Voodoo Shop" among the villagers, and is a place of meeting (and a community) for the only the most eccentric members of Konohagakure.
