Fornication Resurrection (かんつうふっかつ, Kantsūfukkatsu) [S-RANK]: An advanced medical technique which had been forbidden because of its dark nature. Toshihide Maka created this technique over several decades, from studying a parasitic species of wasp which lays its eggs inside caterpillars. The larvae born inside eat the caterpillar's insides, eventually killing it. Once the larvae eat their way out of the caterpillar, they metamorphose into a pupa. Fornication Resurrection was born of this idea, but is vastly different in execution. To create the technique, Maka first crafted a protozoan version of herself, which acts as the egg. Maka modified her own saliva to include these protozoans, which are absorbed through the blood stream if she molds her chakra and then spits in an open wound or delivers a bite. It can also be delivered through injection. It's very similar to sperm; a tiny organism with cilia for transportation. This organism holds Maka's personality, not just her DNA. It's the same way with organ transplants. The subject is implanting another human being's genes into their body. Even if it doesn't go any further, changes will happen in their cells. The egg itself is covered with cilia to help gather and absorb nutrients. The egg later hatches into the new Maka's larval state, and she then "devours" her way out of their body, by way of absorbing all the fluids and chakra of the target, killing them in the process as Maka is reborn through their body. It is not unlike an insect leaving a cocoon or husk, when she matures and develops her body back in a matter of weeks, from a pupa-like casing leaving from the target's mouth. This technique is how Maka faked her deaths. In actuality, the current Maka is only a clone of the original, who died long ago during the Warring States Period. The current Maka, however, is every bit as dangerous as the original. This also explains why Maka appears to be a young girl, and not an old woman.

There's parts to the science that seem conflicting, regarding my understanding of biology however, if just to apply the suspension of disbelief for a moment what I am getting out of this is-
-She's been reincarnated several times with her memories/skills intact. Through possession.
-She's actually several hundred years old.
Correct?

At least once during each war, and once 15 or so years before the current timeline. So she has been reborn/reincarnated at least five times, maybe 7 at the most.
Yes, her memories and learned skills are retained. So she retains the ability to, say, use her jutsu or perform surgery, but not physical characteristics such as strength or chakra amount or modifications to the body (the successful modifications are often reapplied when she is healthy enough to do so). Her body is physically identical to that of a 16 year old kunoichi. This is the primary drawback.
It is not really possession, in a spiritual sense. It is more like parasitism.
She is exactly 211 years old. She was around during the Warring States Period, which by my calculations ended 155 years before the current time (around the time of the 1st Great Shinobi War), give or take a few years. So she had mastered this technique by her mid-late fifties, when she first had to use it during the 1st Great Shinobi War.
Edit: I added in that she can only infect by spitting into an open wound, biting, or through an injection.

· Borrowed Fist (かりるけん, Karikuken): A unique style of combat where, according to its founder Toshihide Maka, "the opponent falls into your fist." Established with the goal of defeating opponents soundly without lasting damage to either combatant, it works by blending with the motion of the attacker and redirecting the force of the attack rather than opposing it head-on.
When faced with a physical attack, be it a strike or blow from a weapon, the practitioner takes control of the offending limb and guides the attack. This keeps the practitioner from sustaining injury, while at the same time allowing for them to counter with a throw or subdue the attacker.
Clothing is a great tool for the practitioner of Borrowed Fist. Loose clothing is a liability which the practitioner can use to counter or divert blows, forcefully guide and move the opponent, send the opponent off-balance or strike and throw them.
Maka, in particular, is trained to the point where she is able to deflect blows aimed directly at her away from her body, move with the lightness and grace of a falling feather, and evade most attacks anyone can bring to bear against her.
· Injection Method (ちゅうしゃほうほう, Chūshahōhō: A hybrid martial art, alternatively known as the touch of death, derived from techniques taken from other martial arts and combined with the study of pressure points and acupuncture points. Touch of Death has some connection to shiatsu and acupuncture; it is an alternative medicine and a martial art.
The practitioner can incapacitate whole limbs, rendering them useless, and even paralyze or render an opponent unconscious. It is said to sometimes cause immediate or even delayed death to an opponent when needles are involved.
· Thought Experiment (しこうじっけん, Shikō Jikken) [A-RANK]: A medical-themed illusion crafted by Toshihide Maka. The illusion lasts until the target is rendered unconscious by the psychological torture. The technique has been deemed forbidden, due to the lasting trauma it can cause.
Upon casting this dark illusion, the opponent will feel themselves restrained on an operating table, unable to move in the illusion and outside of it. The opponent will then experience severe psychological torture as they are seemingly operated on or tortured without anesthetic. Extreme body horror can result, such as mutation or removal of organs and whole body parts.

Experimental Study & Experimental Stage aren't specific enough to be allowed in my opinion. Experimental Study in particular just has too much free range and possibilities for any illusion to have here.
Elaborate on the possible scenarios or break them up into different techniques.

· Red Test • Human-Faced Wounds (あかけん • じんがおけが, Akaken • Jingao Kega) [A-RANK]: Human-Faced Wounds is a dark medical experiment developed by Toshihide Maka. Maka infects her target with malignant tumors which take cues from her genes and recreate images of her body in the target. The human body is made up of specialized cells and non-specialized cells. Specialized cells have a specific job that they do. Eye cells make up the eyes, hand cells for the hand. It is over the first few weeks after fertilization that non-specialized cells begin to become recognizable parts of the body. At the end of this process, the body is left with very few un-specialized cells (known as stem cells). That's what allows the body to continue to grow, and to repair wounds. In the use of Human-Faced Wounds, the specialized cells Maka introduces into her target's bloodstream are ordered to grow in random parts of the body, adding on body parts as they go. As a result, the target's body becomes riddled with extra arms, faces, and even internal organs... creating an abomination.

Red Test • Human-Faced Wounds-Is this technique applied via touch, injection, is it instantaneous, on command, etc. The mechanics seem fine though without that last bit, it doesn't seem appropriate to approve a jutsu that would say-make a person grow extra arms from eye contact.

I edited the last paragraph to specify she introduces the cells into the bloodstream (likely injection).

· Red Test • Human-Faced Heal (あかけん • じんがおなおる, Akaken • Jingao Naoru) [A-RANK]: A dark medical experiment developed by Toshihide Maka out of the original Human-Faced Wounds. After using Human-Faced Wounds for the first time, and studying the subject for some time, Maka discovered the potential for human regeneration, something previously unheard of without the use of large amounts of chakra. Maka discovered that after removing the tumors, they grew back over time. Using a modified version of the specialized cells used with Human-Faced Wounds, Maka thus can induce her own cells to become stem cells, to facilitate in repairing open and internal wounds with surgery. As such, Maka has fast regenerative capabilities comparable to some self-healing specialists. Even if Maka is wounded mortally, so long as her brain is functioning, she can regenerate enough to be able to use her own surgical skills and available tools to repair her body on her own, performing such feats as organ transplants and surgical repair of potentially devastating bodily injuries and wounds.
· Red Test • Human-Faced Makeover (あかけん • じんがおへんか, Akaken • Jingao Henka) [B-RANK]: Human-Faced Makeover is a dark medical experiment developed by Toshihide Maka out of the original Human-Faced Wounds. Using the same omnipotent regenerative cells she developed for Human-Faced Heal, she replaced the hematopoietic stem cells in her spinal bone marrow with those special cells, and within time, those specialized cells proliferated and spread throughout her entire body. These cells were further modified to have the very interesting property of projecting one's imagination. In other words, one's body can be transformed, by the very feelings and desires of one's mind, provided they had the chakra required to do so. For example, if she wished for longer legs or a better looking face, her body would gradually transform according to those desires. The downside is, these cells are unstable and thus can be quite risky to use, requiring concentration to transform.
· Mystical Palm (しょうせん, Shōsen) [A-RANK]: A technique utilized by medical ninja. This medical technique allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical ninja are able to use this technique. Some ninja, such as Yakushi Kabuto and Toshihide Maka have the ability to use it a short distance away from the target instead of close contact. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can also overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state.
· Chakra Dissection Blade (ちゃくらかいぼうとお, Kaibōtō): A special technique used by medical ninja. This medical technique forms chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Dissection Blade (commonly known as Chakra Scalpel) can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. Chakra Scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Chakra Scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical ninja won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

· Red Test • Human-Faced Heal (あかけん • じんがおなおる, Akaken • Jingao Naoru) [A-RANK]: I find this jutsu a bit beyond A rank status because, from what I understand, it's almost psuedo immortality. As long as her head remains intact, she's able to recover and I am not comfortable with perpetual zombies in that regard.
Regenation isn't something I mind. But when we have a jutsu that ignores certain facets of logic and beyond that-fair play, that's when we're running into walls.

I tweaked the middle paragraph some to clarify it better.
She does not regenerate lost organs or body parts, really. She uses her own surgical skills to perform self-surgery, keeping her body alive and healing with this technique as she stitches herself back together. So this technique requires that 1: she stay conscious after an injury, 2: she have access to her equipment and organs for transplants, 3: she works quickly. The technique is meant more-so to close up wounds as she stitches them back together and prevent blood loss or infection. It is meant to make her self-surgery significantly more believable.

Approved, though I want to stress that some train of logic is still going to apply regarding her ability to survive and some wounds would be severe enough that no amount of regenerative healing "should" warrant recovery.
The rest are fine but I'm noticing this character has a lot of A-rank/high powered techniques already. Her age and whatnot non-withstanding, I want to encourage some RP before we start seeing more added to her repertoire.

· Danger Signal (きけんしんごう, Kikenshingō): A medical experiment developed by Toshihide Maka. This is a body modification from which Maka has significantly increased the sensitivity of the hair on her body, resulting in a spider-like sensitivity to vibration; thus, she can sense other people outside of the five senses by detecting faint vibrations in the air and on the ground. She has learned to register danger to her own life in response to threatening outside stimuli in the vicinity, and reacts almost instinctively now because of it.
· Metamorphosis (へんけい, Henkei) [C-RANK]: A medical experiment developed by Toshihide Maka out of Human-Faced Makeover, requiring actual body modification. The result of adding the same omnipotent regenerative cells she developed for Human-Faced Makeover to the user's body, is that the user is granted the ability to change their form. This is only capable after an initial surgery in which Maka replaces the hematopoietic stem cells in the user's spinal bone marrow with those special cells, and within time, those specialized cells proliferate and spread throughout the entire body. These cells were further modified to have the very interesting property of projecting one's imagination. In other words, one's body can be transformed, by the very feelings and desires of one's mind, provided they had the focus required to do so. For example, if the user wished for longer legs or a better looking face, their body would gradually transform according to those desires. A transformation technique in league with or perhaps superior to the Transformation technique, Metamorphosis allows for real transformation without risk of the transformation being undone. The downside is, these cells are unstable and thus can be quite risky to use in certain situations; when affected by an illusion or under great emotional stress.
· Kiss of Death (せっぷんし, Seppunshi) [B-RANK]: A medical experiment developed by Toshihide Maka, requiring actual body modification. The user's breath carries a debilitating venom (which the user is immune to) which bonds to the skin on contact to cause severe lesions and a powerful burning sensation. If the venom is inhaled, a rash will appear on the lining of the lungs, causing extreme pain and possibly fatal respiratory difficulty. Also, if the venom is inhaled, the digestive tract, airway, kidneys or other organs can be damaged.

Metamorphosis Is this a permanent thing? Can they change forms at their whim? And this is something that happens after a..surgery, I'm assuming?

I edited and expanded upon Metamorphosis to clarify it.
Basically, it allows someone to change their appearance for cosmetic reasons or a disguise. It is a way someone can believably change their face claim, for instance. It initially requires that Maka perform a surgery to introduce the cells required to do so. After this initial surgery, the user can then use they technique any time they please. Think of Soften Modification, the technique that allows Orochimaru and one or two other canon subordinates of his stretch to great lengths.
However, I made sure to note that emotional distress and even genjutsu can mess with it. It is not intended for the average person to be able to use it in the heat of battle, for example. It also does not happen instantly, it is a gradual transformation. To go from a little girl to a fat old man would take time that one would not have when being chased by authorities. Only the transformation itself requires chakra. A sensor can pinpoint someone during the transformation, but afterward, chakra is not required to maintain it, unlike the normal Transformation technique.
The technique was crafted and distributed by Maka to others with the express purpose of allowing them to change the way they look to fix their own insecurities. A woman with a flat chest who wanted larger breasts, or a person who was big-boned and wanted to look slimmer, a man who wanted to increase the size of his... er, manhood; an ugly person who wanted to look beautiful. Naturally, there are also those who intend on using it to craft disguises for themselves to evade authorities or frame someone for a crime.
