JUTSU
Byakugan Unranked
The Byakugan is the Kekkei Genkai of the Hyūga clan. When the Byakugan is activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near the temples bulge. Once active, the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the third thoracic vertebra. They also have the ability to see through solid objects and have telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person.
However, one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, as well as the chakra circulatory system inside another's body. The Byakugan also has the ability to see what a person's chakra type is and its distinct coloration. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their Jūken style of combat. Unlike Gōken, which focuses on external damage, Jūken focuses on internal injuries. Each strike, when placed correctly, attacks the chakra circulatory system, which is the network of vessels that carry chakra. This network is closely intertwined with the functioning of the organs, so when it takes damage, the organs suffer as well. There is no defense against Jūken, since one cannot train one's internal organs to become stronger.
Particularly skilled users of the Byakugan can take Jūken one step further. Along the chakra network are three hundred and sixty-one pinprick-sized nodes called Tenketsu, or chakra points. When struck, the Byakugan user can choose to either seal or open these points, thus giving the user complete control over their opponent's chakra system. So, with precision, all those points along the victim's body can be sealed, stopping the chakra flow to those areas, or widened, greatly increasing the amount of chakra the body could produce.
Juuken Unranked
The Gentle Fist style of combat aims to damage the body's chakra circulatory system, thus inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into the opponent's circulatory system, causing the targeted area to rupture or divert flow. Alternatively, or as an additional effect, the same method can be used to damage the opponent's internal organs, to which the circulatory system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause fatal internal injuries, hence the name.
Because the chakra circulatory system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively and thus it is exclusive to the Hyūga clan. As there is no way to train the internal organs to become stronger, this technique is capable of causing damage no matter how physically powerful an opponent is.
Able to strike without force, and yet do more damage to a ninja than some of the most powerful ninjutsu, the Gentle Fist is the greatest taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure.
Hakke Rokujuuyonsho Unranked
A very advanced Gentle Fist technique, the user must be able to see the chakra points of the opponent and execute it with incredible dexterity and precision in order for it to be effective. The user begins with two strikes, followed by two more, then four, eight, sixteen, and thirty-two consecutive pinpoint-precision attacks, closing sixty-four of the opponents three hundred and sixty-one chakra points. The last of the sixty-four strikes is a blow with the full, open hand, rather than the fingertips of the index and middle fingers. The end result is a victim with disrupted chakra flow, making it very problematic to remain standing and impossible to use jutsu.
Hakkesho Kaiten Unranked
This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from the user's chakra points right before being struck. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers.
Hakkesho Daikaiten Unranked
This is a more powerful and much larger version of the Eight Trigrams Heavenly Spin. It can also repel significantly stronger attacks.
Hakke Kuushou Unranked
This jutsu is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To use it, the user thrusts their palm forward, shooting a concentrated burst of chakra out of their hand and violently pushing the opponent away.
Hakke Sho Hirendan Unranked
This technique is similar in practice to its predecessor, the Eight Trigrams Empty Palm, but multiple bursts of chakra are released, and each subsequent one travels farther and is more destructive than the last. The user can use this technique for as long as they have chakra to fuel it.
Hakke Hazangeki Unranked
This is a more focused version of the Eight Trigrams Empty Palm, performed at close range. The chakra applied to this technique is such that it is visible as a white beam that pulverizes the area of contact, and the enemy is tossed away with enough force to crumble a boulder. This technique becomes ineffective if used against a target over five feet away.
Nature Release Juuken Unranked
With a short string of handseals, Koji can apply nature transformation to his Juuken, transforming the chakra used in the attacks into either fire or lightning. This can be applied to all Juuken strikes and techniques, and even a few non-Juuken pure chakra techniques.
Chakra Pulverization Unranked
Koji derived this technique from the principle behind walking on water. Walking on water constantly emits just enough chakra to resist the pull of gravity, placing the user at a state of vertical equilibrium atop the water's surface. Koji took this principle and extrapolated it into a Taijutsu technique. Koji can emit a pulse of chakra from his hand with as much force as the pull of gravity for a modicum of chakra- only as much as it takes to walk on water for the same amount of time he emits the pulse. Koji can increase the range and force by magnitudes simply by inputting more chakra- given how little chakra it takes to stand on water for even ten seconds, it's easy for Koji to emit a pulse with ten times the force of gravity. The basic range of these pulses is a semisphere with a radius of three inches, but Koji can increase the range simply by increasing the amount of chakra input. The same principle can be applied to the width. Koji's Nature Transformation Juuken can be applied to this.
