Mei Ko no Jutsu - ; Art of the Maelstrom ; - A Rank Mei Ko no Jutsu is a high level Suiton technique developed and utilized by the Kirigakure ANBU Nodairo Fuma. The user will perform fifteen handseals, generating and using a massive portion of his chakra to manipulate an existing body of water around or underneath him. With this technique, the user will create a large whirlpool that will draw everything toward its center and pull it under the water violently. Areas that have had water summoned to them may be manipulated by this technique, and cause massive devastation in it's general area, the level of destruction lessening as you move away from the epicenter. depending on the amount of water located. Even a seasoned Suiton Master could not generate enough water from vapor to use this technique, making itss existence only possible in areas with large bodies of water similar to lakes. The magnitude of this technique is considered large, with strength enough to completely drown and destroy whatever is caught within it.
Unnamed Suiton Profficiency As a man who has donated all of his years of training as a shinobi to mastering ninjutsu, he has a knowledge of the release beyond that of the average ninja, allowing him to decrease the amount of handseals utilized and chakra wasted when it comes to manipulating water around him to supplement his techniques. Nodairo Fuma is extremely profficient when it comes to using chakra for his techniques, and barely any is wasted when performing jutsu.
Oyogukôiusame - ; To Swim Like a Shark ; - D Rank "To Swim Like a Shark" is an advanced variation of the Suimen Hokô no Gyô technique. As an essential skill for Kirigakure shinobi, it is taught from an early age. By taking the same principle of using chakra as a repellent force as in Suimen Hokô no Gyô, a user will be able to "skate" across the water at varying speeds, depending on the amount of chakra used.
Another application of this technique is its use while underwater. By using their chakra as a repellent to the water with their feet as well as their hands they will be able to move through the water with greater fluidity. Highly skilled Chûnin and Jônin are able to swim through the water with the mobility of a shark.
Enkai Kisoku - ; Deep Sea Breathing ; - D Rank "Deep Sea Breathing" is a fundamental skill required for all Kirigakure shinobi to learn, and as such it is taught early in the Academy. The training starts off with breathing exercises that strengthen the lungs and allow them to retain more oxygen. The following step is to implement the use of chakra to ration the amount of oxygen in the body to allow for extended periods under the water.
Because of the nature of the training it takes years to fully make use of this technique, and even longer to actually master. Skilled Chûnin and Jônin are able to hold their breath for periods ranging from ten to fifteen minutes. The longest known use of this skill was just over twenty minutes.
Kirigakure no Jutsu - ; Hidden Mist Technique ; - D Rank "Hidden Mist Technique" is a displacement jutsu and a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure. The user will cause a mist to spring forth by lifting up water and then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The thickness of the mist is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it.
Suishime no Jutsu - ; Water Binding Technique ; - C Rank "Water binding technique" is a technique that uses the water element. Using a nearby source of water the user will manipulate it into taking the form of a rope, which is then used the bind the target. The strength of the binding rivals steel and leaves the target susceptible to lightning based attacks.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - ; Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu ; - C Rank "Art of the Water Clone" is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Yousuiro no Jutsu - ; Irrigation Channel Technique ; - B-Rank "Irrigation Channel Technique" is a Suiton technique that requires the user to perform the needed hand seals and slam their hands on the ground. Through the use of their chakra they are able to reach the moisture residing in the nearby plants and trapped under the ground. Next, the amount of water is increased exponentially and drawn to the surface. The scale of this technique is heavily dependent on the amount of chakra used.
Suiton: Bakusui Shôha - ; Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave ; - B Rank "Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave" has the user spit out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. Afterward, the excess water can be used for additional water release jutsu.
Suiton: Suijinheki - ;Water Release: Water Encampment Wall ; - B Rank A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.
Suiton: Kanketsusen - ; Water Release: Geyser ; - C Rank A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The user performs a short string of handseals and then slams their palm on the ground. A geyser will spring up underneath an enemy, sending them flying several yards. This can only be used on bodies of water.
Suiton: Mizurappa - ; Water Release: Violent Water Wave ; - C Rank A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the shinobi will expel a strong jet of water at his opponent.
