I'm willing to discuss the inclusion of a new lesser village, but not three all at once. History has shown that rarely is there enough of an initial urge to make characters from these new villages, and even rarer does the "new village smell" keep reliable player numbers.
Now, if you'd like one village to begin with, we can talk about which is preferred. It doesn't have to be Ame, Taki, or Kusa; even a custom with majority vote is fine.

I'm thinking either Ame (for the war-torn story) or Taki (for the custom possibilities while not making up stupid new village names like hidden muscle)

Well I would prefer Kusa. For the sole reason of I want to get the opportunity to remake my Kusa Lord from V1, because he was never given the chance he deserved.
Although, the idea of a custom village in not a bad idea. Many sites have them, and canonically there was a multitude of different villages at the point in time in which we are based upon. So, that being said, maybe we could have a contest for a custom village creation like the one we had on V1, that went rather well in my opinion. It would be fair, and there is a good chance that all who voted for the village(s) added would make a charrie for said village. I know that I would for sure. Again, I would also like the chance to RP as the lord of Kusa, or one of the custom villages.[/color]
Edit: The muscle village thing made me lul, and reminded me that Sawagakure was an idea on V1 that never went through, that was supposed to.

I'd prefer we held off. The site is still picking up and two of the five villages are still being neglected. I think we should get those two villages up in activity first before we go opening up new ones.

Than once those pick up new ones can be made available. As for now though I feel this should be on hold. Also new member is new, no hurt me...

Yukiko gives you Engrish lessons ^_^ Aside from Taiga needing to learn how Engrish gooder. I see how this is a good idea, but I got to me original argument, they are important to the story line.

Now, now I am just trying to be helpful. My grammatical errors were trolling... which I am sorry for, I probably should not have done that.
