No custom versions of canon jutsu. (i.e. Water Rasengan or Earth Chidori)
Though you may have control over an element, each technique must be registered individually.
Jutsu can no longer affect time.
No jutsu that take effect automatically.
No stealing of custom jutsu. This is a grave offense and can result in warnings, characters being stripped, or banned. Please give credit where it’s due.
Jutsu of summoned creatures have to be in their profile
Newly custom made jutsu need to be ranked. Unranked jutsu in Naruto are unranked simply because the ranks aren't given in the databooks currently. The only jutsu which do not need ranks are Kekkei Genkai, Hijutsu, Canon Unranked Techniques, and Fighting Styles.
This is an AU, but that does not mean that you can register the special techniques of characters who don't exist in our universe. This means you are not allowed to register things such as Chidori, or Sennin Modo, etc.
We'd appreciate if you didn't repeat the effects of another Kekkei Genkai. Unlike jutsu, we like to think that one effect manifests itself only once. If your Kekkei Genkai is a carbon copy of another, we will refer you to the first clan so that you can join that one. This way, we can keep down clutter and potential confusion in the future.
Register no more than five custom techniques per look of registration. In other words, register as many canon jutsu as you like, but only five custom jutsu can be registered at a given time. Pre-approved custom jutsu count toward the five since all pre-approved jutsu go back up for review each time they are registered.
Please, we ask that you do no more than one post per character per week. This is a request, and not so much a rule. It can become a rule if we see people blatantly disregarding this and posting multiple times anyway. You can post more than once per week if it's absolutely imperative that you do so, but we ask that before you make your second post you run your reasoning by a member of the jutsu staff or staff in general in a member of the jutsu staff is not available at the time.
