Jounin Kaze "Standing Wind" A handfan this one not being simple like her other ones. In this fan there are hidden many senbon needles that she can launch out combined with her jutsu to create dangerous attacks to her enemies. In some cases, the senbon in her fan might be laced with her poison which adds another facet of danger for her enemies. Can hold 15-25 Senbon at any given time
Ryu Soshaku-doku "Dragons Bite Poison Dragons bite poison is made from herbs found in the forest of death mixed and ground with the dried venom from one of the many poisonous snakes also found in the same forest of death. The effect of which, when introduced into the bloodstream *not ingested causes paralysis anywhere from a few (5 minimum) minutes to an hour, depending on the persons body type. Mara likes to coat the senbon in her Jounin Kaze with this, so when used the opponent has no idea they have been poisoned until it is too late. Max 20 senbon at any given time
牙の解毒剤 Kiba no kaidokuzai Fang Antidote A special antidote made from herbs and protein only found in Konohagakure no sato. This antidote can nuetralize the Ryu Soshaku-doku Being a special antidote, it also helps against various other poisons and venoms, but does not nuetralize them entirely, merely wards off their impact on the body for a period of twenty two hours. Afterwards the antidote stops, and these other poisons and venoms go back into effect, requiring the ninja who uses this to quickly get healing or else possibly wind up dead. The antidote comes in injection syringes, Mara keep four doses on her person at any given time.
Techniques
Suiton: Teppoudama "Water Release: Gunshot" The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. C Ranked
Suiton: Houmatsu Rappa "Water Release: Wild Bubble Wave" The user spits out a large volume of bubbles which covers the ground and reduces its friction, considerably limiting the opponents' movements. The bubbles are spit out with violent force that is capable of washing away most attacks, such as oil and fire. This technique can also be used as an effective smokescreen. C Ranked
Suiton: Mizurappa "Water Release: Wild Water Wave" Water gushes out from the mouth like a waterfall and washes away the enemy. One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases. Having many variations, this is a basic Water Release technique. C Ranked
Sensatsu Suishou "Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death" The user gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. They then direct them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so they don't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. B Ranked
Suiton: Suigadan "Water Release: Water Fang Bullet" A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications. Fuuton: Reppuushou "Wind Release: Gale Palm" A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times. C ranked
Fuuton: Daitoppa "Wind Release: Great Breakthrough" This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. C ranked
Fuuton: Shinkuuha "Wind Release: Vacuum Wave" The user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit. C ranked
Fuuton: Kazekiri no Jutsu "Wind Release: Wind Cutter Technique" Using their chakra or a tool such as a war fan to manipulate or else create an external source of wind, the user can create a single, or several blades of wind which are capable of slicing through their target with ease. B Ranked
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu "Shadow Clone Technique" Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows, though even then, depending on the user's growth with the technique, it may not be enough. The clones can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. B Ranked
Yuukai "Fusion" The Kyûin family of Konohagakure no sato has been able to combine two elements within themselves, for many generations. Their bodies are capable of supporting two chakra natures, of only Futon and Suiton. The reasons for this is their blood allows them to control chakra in a very unique way, allowing two natures to sync easier, and thus create elemental fusion.They are only allowed Futon and Suiton as natures, and give up much of their ability to control other jutsu, as such they can never learn anything outside their natures. Yuukai: Saishuu Arashi "Fusion: Gathering Storms" The Kyûin Clan is capable of Yuukai, or Fusion of the two elements within themselves. Using their trained ability to fuse elements, the Clan member of this level ninjutsu is capable of creating a turbulent storm. Saishuu Arashi is seen as a gateway technique, needed to be used in order to help boost the Kyûin ninja's jutsu. This technique creates pressure within the atmosphere, that on its own begins forming storm clouds. The storm clouds having been helped to start, will continue to occur naturally, rumbling and gaining moisture to create rain if there is enough moisture in the area. Though, depending on environment or current weather in the area, this technique can range from being mildly easy (Clouds already in the sky, area rich in moisture) to extremely difficult (desert environment, no moisture/water in area). It takes a a few minutes for the storm clouds to gain enough moisture to begin rumbling and grow in strength, so this is not a technique to be used in the midst of combat. C Ranked
Yuukai: Arashi Shippu "Fusion: Storms Gale" A Kyûin member who knows this level of jutsu, can begin to manipulate the storm that has gathered and add chakra into it to create gale force winds. These winds swirl around the user, and are capable of repelling shuriken and kunai thrown at the user. The user has no control of which direction they are repelled in. This technique can be combined with Sensatsu Suishou to create an area effect attack launching the water needles in every direction. C Ranked
Yuukai: Kyuuten Keiro "Fusion: Heavens Walkway" Using her ability to manipulate water and wind together, Kyûin Marā manipulates the moisture to create a low flying cloud that she can move using small wind currents. By lightly increasing the density of the water within the cloud, Marā is capable of focusing chakra to her feet much like one would when needing to stand on water, in order to stand or appear to stand on the cloud and begin rising into the sky. She can control the wind currents enough to travel small distances, but not fast. Majority of usage for this technique is scouting, by gaining elevation or concealment amongst the backdrop of clouds in the area. C Ranked
