ADMINISTRATION DISTRICT Positioned directly within the epicenter of the desert village, one will find the administration buildings, and the office of the Kazekage. Etched into the side of the dome-shaped building is a huge kamon decorated on a white background with the kanji for "wind" engraved on it in red. The buildings inside seem to be made of clay or stucco which would help to keep the buildings cool and allow them to also withstand the raging sand storms that are common in the area.
Upon becoming Kazekage, Matamune has had a barrier erected around the administration building. Now, everyone who enters its proximity chakra signature and location is be discovered as soon as the enter the limits within the barrier.
