It was a cold bright day in Kumogakure, when absolutely nothing was happening. Saito was on his own, just kind of hanging out by one of the many places in Kumo that interested whoever the hell came to them. Saito didn't care, he was actually leaning there with a pack of cigarettes in hand. He had never smoked before, but was figuring on trying. Pulling out a cigarette he sticks it in his mouth, and fumbles around in his pockets looking for a lighter.
"Tch...figures, I get some smokes and cant even fucking light them"
He said, in annoyance.

Sitting on the rooftop of one of his favorite shacks, the young Yoippari gazed at the passing clouds, relaxing idly as the day passed him by. He had a big mission coming up, and he was using that as an excuse to be lazy. He is an official shinobi of Kumogakure, after all. He could do whatever he wanted, or at least that's how he felt. Not that he really 'listened' to anything he was told to do, he had a bad habit of ignoring instructions. Not that he cared, because really, he didn't.
Down below him he heard a voice which caused his ear to twitch. Sitting up enough to peep over the rooftop and see the cause of his newly settled annoyance, Nozu scoffed aloud.
"Yaaree~" he groaned, "Oi, yarō! Keep it down. Some people are tryna relax and don't care about you being lighterless." Looming over the edge of the wood top, his piercing gaze dawned on the guy who stood down below. "Now, go away!" he yelped his command.

"Hey Mahue, shut it down---you aint got no authoritey"

Nozu's nostrils flared once he heard the frivolous response the guy down below spoke towards him. His eye brows arched out of a looming curiosity, he toppled over the edge if the roof, peering up blankly. He could barely understand what was said to him, and he wasn't sure how to feel about it either. Maybe this guy was illiterate, uneducated, and unable to form speech that made sense to others. If that was the case, then Nozu would have to then question Kumogakure's standards. Seems like anyone could pass a ninja these days.
"Tch." he sucked his teeth as he hazel oculars looked deep into theirs. "I'm sure I have more authority than a loser like you."

He smirked inward, just like some genin punk to assume that. Whatever, Saito didn't care one way or another, the Genin didn't have much of an interest to him.
"Whatever kid, think what you will"
He said, as he looked around. His eyes went around the corner to the shop he was leaning against, and there he could see lighters on sell.
"Hey kid, you got 200ryo?"
He asked, looking at the kid.

He had a mind to strike the older boy as soon as he called him 'kid'. Nozu always hated that word, it made him feel like whoever said it considered him to be weak and insignificant. Which, by way of birth and sealing, he wasn't. He was probably one of the only people in the village who were just as important as the Raikage himself, if not more so. Then if you factor in that D was also his older cousin, as well as his Raikage, that only made his worth even more ample.
"Are you kiddin' me?" the shaggy haired Genin asked, looking over with the 'what-the-fuck-are-you-thinking' face branded across his easily readable facial expressions. "No, I don't have anything for someone as lame a you."
Swatting a hand across the air, fingers waving as he'd dismissed the guy's existence. He had already wated enough here, and he'd already grown bored. It was time to go do something productive.

It was a big whatever moment between the two of them. Saito didn't know the punk, and well neither did the punk know him. Didn't matter much, considering it looked like the kid was about to take off.
"Whatever kid...
Guess I just gotta go home and get one..."
He said, the last part in more of a grumble.

[/a] An old man appeared holding a lit match in his fingers, holding the match shielded with the other hand. A smile on his weathered face as he offered the match to Saito.
Hoping his presence would help to sooth both of the young men's moods Koga spoke in a calm and gentle voice.
Rarely does an argument of Ego end with a victor, he said clear and loud enough for both of the young men to hear.
Does the pond not need all its drops to exist? He asked the young men allowing the silence after his words to blanket them if even for a moment.
My, my, i am famished from all this walking, would you young men care to join me, it would be my treat?
Just as the match was to feign from existence he brought out his pipe using the last of the matches warmth. Taking deep puffs from his pipe he looked to the young men with a smile and a calm demeanor.
