Amegakure's Gates are CLOSED to visitors. It is not a tourist attraction, nor is it a museum. It is a land that has been tortured, defiled, and scarred for more than sixty years. Very few, if any, will be permitted into Amegakure for the time being. Those who are permitted to enter will do so ONLY to meet with Wani Ryuze. And those who do will be escorted by a pair of Amegakure shinobi at all times. There will be no overnight stays, and no loitering. That's what the non-shinobi villages are for. Amegakure's Gates: Amegakure is ringed by two walls, gated at 6 o'clock on the wide outer wall (about 120 feet tall), and 11 o'clock on the tighter inner wall (about 90 feet tall). The outer wall is made of stone and manned by stations of guards around its entire perimeter. The inner wall is made of stone and steel, thicker than the first wall and also manned by a perimeter of guards. The gates themselves are made of bamboo and steel, and lower into the ground from within rather than swinging open. Down the corridor between the first and second gates, the ground is saturated in about two to three inches of water. Puddles of water conglomerate in front of the gates, themselves.
