SOUL OF THE DRAGON Soul of the Dragon is a mythical sword said to be forged from the bones, scales, and fangs of a thousand dragons. It was yielded in the fourth shinobi war by Yun Sun Tzu Wu. When Sun Tzu attempted to tame the legendary dragon Seiryuu after the war, he was defeated, and lost the blade. It now belongs to Eboshi Seiichi.
The Soul of the Dragon is a beautiful blade with a blade that changes color to a hundred different gems depending on the way the light hits the blade. It is a jian, and thus double edged. The hilt is in the shape of the Yun’s crest, and the hilt is long enough to be used with one or two hands. It is wrapped in manta skin and black silk, with a golden pommel in the shape of a dragon head. Due to the nature of its blade, it doesn't just cut--the edge is serrated, and so it tears and rips.
When chakra is added to the Soul of the Dragon, it covers the edge of the blade specifically, giving it an almost otherworldly sharpness. As such, it is able to slice cleanly through steel and most defenses. Due to the nature of the Soul of the Dragon, it takes an immense amount of chakra to wield. Only those with unusual amounts of chakra, perfect chakra control, or methods of increasing their chakra can wield the blade properly.

Nothing can cleanly slice through Diamond (Save a laser). Change that to just steel, but your going to need clarify if its the chakra edge on the blade that gives it this property or if its the blade itself. Also, be advised should you come against something that has a similar effect, you wont be able to cut through it.

Removed the diamond reference. As I said in the description, any chakra that passes through the blade gives it this sharpness, thus making it a property of the blade.

DR. TRAN
If its chakra enhancing the blade, then cant see it cutting steel. Since your using chakra to just enhance the blades sharpness, the blade itself would have to be capable of cutting through metal on its own. Now if the chakra added a layer to the blades sharpness, like a layer over the blade, or the like, I could understand that.
Also, this purely from a left field stand point, but being made of bones, scale and fangs, shouldn't it tear instead of slice? Now if it tears, like Samehada does, that's a different standpoint, cause its minuscule cuts that weaken the area as a whole allowing it to cut through easier.
Just saying you know, that would be a better way to go about it, given how you say it was created.

I completely rewrote the last paragraph.
Originally the stuff about it's composition was lore (which was unclear) but I made it fact, and it now tears ike Samehada. Likewise, I made it so the chakra layers over the edge. Thank you very much for your suggestions.

Np, just remember things made like it or made to counter it, chakra enhanced defenses or blades are going to be like fighting with normal weapons.
