Tsuchikage Tiānxu-Heavenly Alighnment Unranked The Yun have the blood inherited trait of having bodies that are physically capable to detecting the unique chakra presence of an individual, similar to chakra color identification. Upon which they are able to detect, locate, and gauge the amount of chakra energy within their surroundings and others by a sixth sensory organ located within the brain that picks up on the unique frequency of chakra that radiates from a person. This natural phenomenon in similar in nature to Ninken and Kikaichū who have developed the traits of being able to smell and eat chakra respectively; As this ability is part of the Yun's natural anatomy, nothing different if one were to touch or breathe, no chakra usage is required.
The base range of this skill is often at twenty five meters, however Skilled Yun may be able to extend the range of their receptive abilities, even develop this sense to locate specific individuals based on their unique signature of chakra by using their own chakra to amplify the ability to lengths many times beyond, should they dedicate themselves to the skill.
Hun Tiān-Heaven's Conquered Yun Luán's bloodline inheritance was already uniquely strong, likely owed to the purity and strength of being among the ruling family of her clan. With years of training and her already incredible prowess as a shinobi, Luán's senses have evolved dramatically, to where she seemingly has precognitive abilities. Capable of sensing chakra within persons as it is being molded, an increased range many times of the passive norm up to several hundred meters, and able to feel the signature's unique to an individual, her sixth sensory skills are honed to the point where she is capable of fighting entirely without as much as visually recognizing her opponent.
Shi’he Quan- Twelve Harmonies Fist Unranked Shi’he Quan or the Twelve Harmonies Fist is the martial art style signature of the Yun Clan, originating from their spiritual beliefs rooted with the Celestial Zodiac Order and immortalized by their principles of grace, skill, and strength, the martial art is an elaborate External Blow style that has earned its reputation of being foolish to underestimate as well as a reflection of the inner discipline of the house hold. The style uses large, extended, circular movements to improve overall body mobility in the muscles, tendons, and joints. Included in this form is a repertoire of a good balance of hand and foot techniques and a mix of whirling, running, leaping, and acrobatics making the moves difficult to perform, requiring great flexibility and athleticism comparable to gymnasts. Signature incorporations of those acrobatics include whirlwind kicks, the butterfly jump, the side somersault, and the classic flying jump kick.
Through trained and precise chakra control, practitioners of the Twelve Harmonies Fist aim to do significant damage to the body by multiplying the kinetic energy of the blow upon impact, sending shockwaves. The chakra multiplies and carries the force further along the point of connection, allowing a further area of attack with each hit, increasing the harm and effect of the strike. Because each strike has its natural kinetic energy multiplied, even what would appear to be an unassuming blow such as the distance of less than an inch(IE: One inch punch) can have serious results.
Training to this style of martial art is rigorous as Yun are instructed from a young age to acquire the type of chakra control to focus energies even the point of a pin needle and multiple tenketsu if necessary. To acquire both the stamina and accuracy in chakra control needed to use this style effectively, typical training methods such as but not limited to Water Walking, Wall Walking, and the Leaf Concentration Practice are intensified. Some methods to increase difficulty are, but of course, aren’t explicitly restricted to adding weights during surface walking practices, using seals to provide resistance to chakra molding, and then meditative practices to supplement clarity of mind to provide focus and eliminate distractions.
Because this martial art is signature to the clan and its discipline is crucial to members of the clan, Yun also benefit with excellent chakra control. With the ability to cause serious exterior damage with placid then suddenly explosive manuevers and the chakra control to supplement a variety of other attacks makes Shi’he Quan one of the strongest martial art styles in Iwagakure.
Lóng Duànzhǎng-Dragon Breaking Palm A technique of the Twelve Harmonies Fist Style, the user summons a concentration of chakra into their hands and, with the 'hammer' like application signature of the style, unleashes a heavy, short ranged attack capable of shattering bone and warping steel. The concentration of charkra into the strike, it has been applied to even deflecting bladed weapons and spears.
Hǔ Shǎo De -Tiger Subduing Claw A technique of the Twelve Harmonies Fist Style, noted for it's swiftness. The user focuses chakra purely along the hand swipes in a melee chop like motion, with charka surrounding the strike to leave deep gashes in opponents.
Yi Di Fa-Moving the Earth A technique of the Twelve Harmonies Fist Style. With chakra concentrated to the foot, the user stomps the ground, sending a liner earthquake that can split the earth or send opponents off their feet. The assault is directional, and the frontal cone in which this tremor travels does not shake the entire surrounding earth.
Bǎohù liù-Protection of Six Oxen A technique of the Twelve Harmonies Fist Style, when dealing with an assault, the user is trained to deflect blows from all directions in an elaborate flourish of strikes, spins, and parries. Seemingly blurring into a defensive tornado, this skill can be used with weapons to expand the defensive barrier.
Qī Léi Shēn-Roar of Seven Thunders A technique of the Twelve Harmonies Fist Style, employing a series of chakra empowered kicks, upon impact with the first that drives the target into the air, the user pummels the opponent as they follow them skyward, pushing them further to the air with five more following strikes until the seventh sends them back into the ground. The technique's name is heralded from the loud 'clap' from each chakra laden impact, serving to break apart some of the most hardiest of armors.
Xíng'hejiá-Destruction of the Harmonies Sword Unranked A Martial Art designed to incorporate the Yun's unique fighting style, chakra control, and Luán's athleticism into a devastating sword technique. Yun Luán, having put years of training into mastery of physical disciplines employs of a sword style capable of clearing whole battlefields in a series of brutal maneuvers. The ferocity of such techniques forgo the more subtle applications of the She'he'Quan style of Yun Martial art, thus it is said to cater to the more ruthless nature of the Yun family line.
Qiè Zhen- Cut Reality A Technique of the Destruction of the Harmonies Sword the user's sword strikes are delivered with crushing force, employing the shockwave/hammer like applications upon each impact similar to the precursor style. Even if parried, the impact and violence from the sword strike is capable of leading into the foe, potentially shattering their weapon or delivering damage to the target.
Qiè Shen-Cut Divinity A Technique of the Destruction of the Harmonies Sword. With chakra harnessed into the blade and then released upon impact, the user's strike extends further than the length of the sword, sending a slicing wave of energy capable of cleaving through several men at once or the foundation of a small building.
Fēng zǒu-Wind Walker Yun Luán physical speed is something of marvel accredited to her martial arts disciplines and chakra mastery. Her swiftness in battle, offensively and defensively, are in a league of their own-reminiscent of the effects delivered from the removal of extensive weights. When maneuvering, she is seemingly silent, disrupting little more than the air if she chooses to during her movements. Particularly, only those with visual augments, sensory skills, or other shinobi of caliber have been able to trace her movements.
Xiangua- Marriage of Two Forces C-rank By focusing their chakra to vitalize the body over a steady period, the Yun is capable of increasing their current physical strength, speed, and reflexes, all making them more of a deadly combatant on the battlefield. This boost in their phyiscal attributes can be sustained for a short while, depending on the level of charka control and stamina of the user at hand.
Suodi-Shrunken Earth B-rank A Yun clan method of high speed movement infamous for its velocity and the aftermath at the takeoff point. By focusing large amounts of chakra through the body, then releasing it in a kinetic blast, akin to a hammer to the bullet like manner, the Yun explodes, literally cratering the earth behind them in the wake and bolting in a straight line. Specifically designed for long distances and to utilize the excessive flight time by this jutsu, the Yun cushions their landing by applying chakra to their feet-no different in principle as if walking on water, to absorb the residual velocity. This justu is most practical in having to cross large distances in a short amount of time as the use in close quarters risks the Yun colliding(painfully) into another object or largely overshooting their destination.
Húnyi-Soul Art Unranked The Yun clan are famous for their unique practice of Fūinjutsu and specialty in the art. What they call as Húnyi or Soul Art those of the Yun clan have devised up a method of incorporating fine and elaborate seals on the body to what appear to be intricately designed body tattoos are modeled after the animal celestials of the zodiac alignment. The effect of Húnyi, similar to the Curse Seal, when activated siphons from the bearer’s chakra supply and is manipulated through the matrix of characters drawn upon their body, allowing the Yun to employ a variety of effects without the necessary hand seals; although it still requires skill on the user’s behalf to control how much chakra is used in the technique to avoid overuse without seals to balance.
While each tattoo warrants different results, they all have their origins rooted with the zodiac alignment. One with a Dragon Tattoo may be able to breathe fire without the use of seals while one with an Ox may be able to increase their strength by empowering the muscles. However once one is branded with an animal it can never change. Because these seals are intimately connected to the user’s chakra circulatory system, removal can very well leave permanent damage-providing a Yun both a boon and a burden.
Shé de Dryǔ-Serpent's Whisper The Fuinjutsu branded upon Luán is the Seal of the Serpent's whisper. When activated, allows her to exhale a plume of poisonous fog from her mouth. She is capable of altering the type of poison that she breathes out and the severity, whether she intends to incapacitate or affect her target fatally. Uniquely, she is immune to the effects of her own toxic.
Shé de Bèipàn-Serpent's Betrayal The second Fuinjutsu branded upon Luán is the Seal of the Serpent's Betrayal. When activated, the branding along her back becomes animated, expanding from a small coiled snake to most of her back. In this form, Luán's is able to secret a poisonous fluid from her touch. Absorbed through the pores, the affected's limb is rendered numb, and if left for an extended time untreated-rendered unconscious.
Doton: Gansetsukon Earth Release: Rock Section Cane This technique allows the user to take a small chunk of rock and turn it into the shape of a staff. The user can then use it as a melee weapon or throw it with pinpoint accuracy at their opponent. A variation of this technique allows the user to create several staffs and launch them at the target, but with less accuracy.
Shinkūken-Vacuum Sword The user swings their blade and a cutting gust of wind is released in the arc that it was swung in. The technique is strong enough to stop projectiles that are thrown at the user.
Meisaigakure no Jutsu-Hiding with Camouflage Technique This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it.
The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person", having neither a physical form, nor detectable chakra, while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be detected through traditional means. Yun Luán can dampen her chakra signature though not enough to escape detection from high caliber sensors.
