"This is stupid," he spoke in a tone filled with brash as he always did. Standing front and center, with his combat instructor directly in front of him, he uttered a long sigh of annoyance.
"You can barely stand straight. How're you suppose to teach me anything?" The busy haired boy asked, folding his arms across his chest his training garb crumbled inward as the folds of his clothing pressed under his arm. He scoffed aloud with a grunt, turning his back on the old man who stood before him.
"It is considered disrespectful to turn your back on one's senior," the balding old geezer exclaimed in his tired, scratchy voice. Stepping over that gap that divided them, the old timer placed a hand onto Kyozo's shoulder.
Whipping around promptly, his bushy red hair cascaded in the breeze. Peering into the old man's age ridden pool of brown with his pool of lime, a cold chill would crawl down the man's spine after witnessing the gaze exhibited by the lad. It was as if within the boy's eyes he had a bottomless pit of nothingness. It was almost as if he could peer through him.
"Your-your eyes..." he started, turning away once again Kyozo brushed off the man's attempt to cling onto his sleeve for the second time.
'That boy has 1eyes of the dead. To be so young, and to possess such a gaze...I can't imagine the things he must've witnessed.'
"That boy is pure evil," Aokiri said, bowing before the Daimyō. "He has a demonic aura about himself, and I refuse to instruct such a person. He will not learn under my tutelage."
"Hn." the Daimyō replied, lifting his hand and signaling for his wards to step outside of his office. In a continued motion, signaled for Aokiri to take a seat. "Tell me, Aokiri-san, what do you know about the origins of Mizu no Kuni?"
"Huh?" he mumbled in confusion, scracthing at the back of his head as he attempted to find the relevance in the question he was asked. "Forgive me, __-dono but I don't see what that has to do with anything."
"Maybe if you answered my inquiry, then you would."
"Right, my apologize, my liege." Taking this time to contemplate, after a moment or two of silence he shook his head. "I am afraid that I don't know much about the origins of our country."
"Sit tight then, let me enlighten you." Stroking his long white beard with his thumb and index fingers, an iota grin appeared upon the Daimyō's face. "Over two centuries ago, after the settlement of the Leaf village in Hi no Kuni, would had eventually spread throughout the world that the Senju and Uchiha of te Fire country were going to join arms and form the first of the Hidden Villages.
"My great great grandfather, Daimyō Kurokawa Tozama declared that our country would also form a Hidden Village. In those days, there were various clans who possessed monstrous abilities - they were men who were truly animals, sadistic in that they lacked a conscience for fear.
"Among these clans there was one, the Aoyagi Ichizoku, who were said to possess a strength, chakra, stamina, and skill, which surpassed each of the other clans. Among the Gods that were Shinobi, the Aoyagi were considered Titans who were unrivaled by anyone. So it made sense when my grandfather tasked Aoyagi Kyozo with founding the village.
'Aoyagi Kyozo...could it be? IS that brat really a descendant of the Shodai Mizukage?'
"Do you mean to tell me that that kid is the Shodai Mizukage's descendant? I thought the Aoyagi were no longer around after their exile from Kirigakure."
"That much his true. The Aoyagi were exiled from the very village they created. It seems that after the first Mizukage's death, the Aoyagi, much like the Kaguya, found it hard to contain themselves within the boundaries of Kirigakure. That boy is one the last remaining heirs from our country's most powerful clan - in retrospect, there are still a few heirs from our other clans as well. Such as, the Setsuna, Yuki, and Akinami clans; although, they are also a mere fraction of what they were once were.
"There is one thing that the young Aoyagi was born with that none of his predecessors possess, though." The Daimyō stated with a grin.
"What might that be, my liege?" asked Aokiri, leaning in curiously.
"Besides the surplus of bloodlust, the likes of which you have already witnessed. That child, Aoyagi Kyozo, has a thirst for vengeance...and it is because of this that it is believed that he is the reincarnation of the first Mizukage."
