Koga slowly peered towards the chunin not exactly sure what to say, it was obvious he was hiding something but what exactly was not evident.
"Mostly enjoying my retirement, lots of students, other less shinobi sorts of interests but none the less relaxing."
Koga finished his tea with a large gulp then set away his tea cup, offering with a wave of his hand to pour Saito more tea.

Saito nodded.
"I see..."
He would say, looking over at the old man and his tea. He looked down to the capsule in his hand and then back to him. With no warning whatsoever, he threw the capsule at the old man, in an attempt to catch him off guard and stun him. Figuring they could get some training in.

Koga moved his hand using his sleeve to wrap the volt capsule slowing its movement to keep it from breaking or making contact with his skin. Then slowly he would allow it to tumble from his sleeve allowing it to fall from the cloth grasp landing in Saito's cup of tea.
"I assumed you slipped."
Koga said with a sly grin, turning his head he would look towards the clearing.
"Shall we begin todays lesson?"
Koga would question acting nonchalant towards Saito's attack moments before.

He would look at the old amn, and then draw out the Copper Bottom Baby.
"Seniors go first"
He said with a grin, readying himself for Koga.

Koga's foot rolled the bamboo cane sword up over his toes then kicked it through the air, his hand grabbing the bamboo cane from mid air then his hand would whip forward with a painters accuracy stabbing toward Saito's chest.
Though the blow would do no significant damage as Koga "pulled the punch" so to speak it would be enough force to knock Saito from his sitting position onto his ass on the ground below. In the same motion after the stab was delivered whether it struck or not, Koga would spin from his sitting position onto his feet then prepare himself in a relaxed stance facing towards Saito.

The old man was a little to assure of himself, as his blade came forward, Saito's rose up. He aimed the opening in the Copper Bottom Baby so that Koga's blade would slide through it while he pushed away. and twisted. Safe to assume Koga's blade would be pushed away giving its diverted momentum.
"Too slow old man"
He would say, as a crackling of electricity would shoot from his hands up his blade and into Koga's blade down to the hilt. This allows him to channel the electricity into his attacks or weapons. C-ranked

Saito under estimated Koga's speed to say the least, as his Raiton chakra danced up the bamboo cane koga would loose his grip drawing the blade from the sheath before he could be shocked. Then with the same spinning momentum Koga would spin with his sword hand elbow and strike towards Saito into his sternum to knock the wind from him.
Saito may have youth upon his side but koga was a cloud style kenjutsu master and had been for many many years Saito was playing into his hands by engaging in close quarters combat. Koga was just waiting for Saito's brilliant mind to remember that, it may take a few more seconds but sooner or later Saito would try to create a gap. Otherwise he would lose this spar before it went on much longer.

True Koga was a bit more skilled in the close range combat area. The elbow would hit him in the side, and not the sternum as aimed, as he turned to roll with the blow. He would come to a halt in a forward crouch, he would be sideways facing Koga with his left fist aimed at Koga as he slammed the hilt of the Copper Bottom Baby into the back impacter on his gauntlet. From the top of the gauntlet four senbon would shoot out at Koga. Being in such proximity, dodging wasn't an option. With Koga's kenjutsu prowess he might be able to deflect them with his blade, had he been on guard for such a ranged attack at close range. Odds were, at least one would make its mark. But Saito wasn't playing to the odds, from his crouch he coiled his feet and pushed to spring himself a distance away, and gain some air between himself and the old man.

Koga's elbow missed the intended target striking Saito's ribcage repelling the blow from knocking the wind from Saito which was Koga's intention.
The senbon needles would fire with speed at close proximity, as it was said before Koga was a cloud style kenjutsu master, with a lightning quick sweep of his blade and the application of Futon chakra the projectiles would be swipped from the air missing Koga completely.
Koga would smile as Saito gained some distance between them finally using his intellect to his advantage.
"I was wondering when you would stop playing around and realize if you didn't play against my weaknesses you would be defeated in this spar."

Koga was right, to think Saito would play to his weakness. But Saito also knew Koga would be holding back, and would not try to perform long range attacks in an effort to draw Saito closer. Saito would make to wipe his guantlet off, maksing his plan. He would strike the back bumper again butmoved his arm to the left a bit as he did. One of the senbon would be on target the other three would veer off. The last one would stick into a tree some ways away from Koga.
"Damn, I need to get better with that"
He would say, as he concealed the wire attached to that senbon in the tree. Being thin metal wire that was not taught it would be lost against the grounds backdrop. The line hadn't been cut yet, still on the spool which was the plan. He wanted Koga to come at him, give him a chance to move, so he readied himself for that.

Watching from afar Koga was not sure what Saito was up to, but this fight was a friendly spar koga wished not to use any of his long range jutsu which would not be gentle if they struck. He would have to take a different approach to the fight, so he would play along, stay on the attack until Saito would make his move.
koga would charge forward with a smirk, it was evident he was planning something.

He was indeed planning something. As he moved himself to the right by a few feet, while pulling a kunai from his pouch. He hooked the to this but made sure that it was tied to the wire line, and not cut and made into an end piece. He would let the spool go loose as he threw the kunai into a tree to the right. The wire now ran form the senbon, to the kunai, back to Saito, forming a solid line that was waiting to be pulled taught. His next move would be to hook the wire around a tree, which is why he was moving to do so, while keeping his vision on Koga.

Koga continued to charge towards Saito closing the distance rapidly, soon Koga would close the gap and be bearing down on Saito.
Koga finished the majority of his hand seals as he approached, all his jutsu would require now is the last seal for activation.

((How is Koga making handseals, since he hasn't dropped his sword yet?)) Holding the wire, Saito moved with all his speed towards a tree on the other side of where the kunai was struck. He was also watching Koga, and making sure to keep out of reach of him and out of firect line of him. Saito's next action would be to pull the wire around the tree and get it tight. All that was left was to connect the wire to the senbon.

Koga was unsure of what Saito was exact;y up to but he had waited long enough, slicing through the air with his sword he sent a concussive blast of air towards Saito. The blast would do little damage but it would knock Saito of his feet and send him through the air a few feet. This was mainly Koga's way of helping Saito practice focus under pressure, the concussive blast would either have to be avoided or send Saito flying it was up to him though.

Actually Saito opted to fly. Leaping in the direction of the Senbon while holding the wire, the blast of force would hit where he ahd been creating a shockwave out from there. This would help push him towards his destination. But as he sailed through the air, he figured he would over shoot. He would hang the end of the wire low so as he passed over the other part of the wire it would wrap around. He would then crash with his shoulder into a tree and slide to the ground. As he moved to his feet, his hands formed a few seals, as he looked at Koga, whom was within the triangle of wire, kunai and senbon conductors.
"Games over old man"
He would say, as he formed the last seal. The Senbon needle in the tree would spark, as an electrical wall formed from it, to the kunai, to the tree with wires, back to the senbon. The conductors used were the senbon, the kunai and the wire itself. A trap Saito had been setting up since their session had begun. Raiton: Kaminari Shibari " Lightning Release: Thunder Binding" This technique lets the user create a three-sided wall of electricity to bind their opponent. The user must have three conductors to stick in the ground to create the points. Furthermore, once the enemy is inside, if they come into contact with the wall they will be electrocuted. The only way the technique can be broken is if an outside party were to strike one of the walls with a strong enough attack, which will then deactivate the other walls. C-ranked

"Not just yet my student, this battle is still very much alive." Koga said and then would flow into hand seals himself. Finally finishing with the last, as he did the earth below him would start to churn and crack.
Moments later he would be thrust into the air as a large column of earth would sprout below him sending him towards the sky. After he had reached the maximum range of the earth jutsu Koga would then leave the rest to his ability.
Preparing to focus the correct chakra to started to perform hand seals not seated high above on the earthen wall.

As Koga rose, he would feel the shock strike him as electricity arc from the electrical walls and ceiling of the barriers and sent a large amount of electricity through the old man. Not enough to kil him, but enough to warrant a change in tactics.
"Gonna have to try better then that old man!"
Saito would remark

Koga would jump into the air thinking he was home free. Then as though from no where he struck a surface. Like a roof he slammed into it, the chock sending a course of electricity through his body.
As he fall to the ground his saving grace was the rampart of earth he had erected. Keeping him from falling a great distance to the earth. Landing with a thump on the ground he would sprawl for a moment barely landing on his feet.
"Very good." Koga smirked towards Saito, finally realizing the well crafted trap Saito had layed for him.
He would have to make a new plan, as he regained his footing he caught his breath that was moments before knocked from his chest from the impact. As he stalked inside the small prison he would keep his senses open looking for its weakness. The wire foundation was not permanently placed into the surroundings maybe that would be his ace in the hole.
Koga would set his blade into his sash giving his hands the freedom to perform the hand seals he desired.

The wire was stage one, considering he had trapped the old man. Saito would too begin hand seals, as he completed them energy would form from his hands. Crackling, ripping, lightning, as a bolt shot up into the sky. This would be something of note, considering it was part of Saito's little trap. If Koga broke the prison somehow, Sito could pull the Lightning bolt down and route it through the wires or even direct it at Koga.
"Face it old man, you lost this one"
He said, trying to maintain his confidence in-order to get Koga to give up.
