A sealed message, addressed to the Lady Wani Ryuze To The Honorable Lady Wani Ryuze, I Nanadaime Kazekage Seishen Danjo would like to formally invite you to my villages annual Winters Festival. This Festival is an annual event in which we celebrate the closing of one year and the metaphorical rebirth of the next. It is a festival of amazing proportions and my village and I would be deeply honored to have your presence here with us during this great celebration. I believe that by opening the doors and allowing you, our honored guest, to participate in this celebration that it would show the great strength of our own unity and prosperity. In this way it would not just represent the changing of years, but the dedication of the continued peace that our great nations and villages share with one another. Throughout the years that have passed our own forged bonds and alliances have kept our world in a state of zen. Let us celebrate these triumphs, and let us remember how we have all made this land better, with each years passing. I look forward to you joining us in this celebration in one months time. Nanadaime Kazekage Seishen Danjo
Included is a map with directions to a non shinobi village outside of Sunagakure. As well as invitations for an escort of ten other shinobi, bodyguards, or whatever is preferred.

Ryuze turned the invitation over in her hand, having read it, and at this point just admiring the paper that it was printed on. So the cat kage was gone. And in his place was this guy right here. She had to wonder exactly how that went down. Did he eat a poinsetta? Maybe swallow some string?
"Hm...Maybe I should go to this thing." she pondered, seated atop the gate. Her cousin, a burly fellow covered in scars and bearing an appearance very befitting of a crocodile looked at her with eyes of amber, holding his hand out for the invitation. "Don't want to look like mom didn't raise me right, eh?" He held the invitation in his thick, massive fingers, scrutinizing it before handing it back to Ryuze.
"You can..." he said, his voice but a guttural growl. He wasn't angry...it was just how he sounded. A smile parted his lips, displaying rows of filed teeth, some of them missing. "I'd like to see this place, myself. I've never seen sand before." "Yeah...neither have I." Ryuze admitted, leaning back on her hands. It seemed to be the opposite of water, almost, as far as she understood, anyway.
"Let's go to this."
