Personality: Youei is a zealot through and through. Before his coup of Takigakure no Sato, he was the representative of all religions within Taki no Kuni, as well as the daiymo’s personal advisor. As such, he believes that he speaks with the voice of the gods themselves, and knows what’s best for Taki no Kuni. As shown by his coup, he is willing to go to any length to achieve his goal, and holds no love in his heart for those that do not fit into his idea of the world.

Background: Youei was the son of a religious man and shinobi from the scattered Takigakure no Sato. He was taught shinobi arts, specifically taijutsu and the Eight Gates, by his father, as well as religion. As he grew, he began to amass followers and traveled to all the temples of Taki no Kuni, where he attained the name “High Priest of a Thousand Waterfalls”. He was said to be the voice of every religion, and with the power of the people at his back, he catapulted through the politics of Taki no Kuni to become the ears, eyes, and voice for the daimyo.

When Eboshi Seiichi recreated Takigakure no Sato, Youei believed it to be a front for something evil. Many prophecies in Taki no Kuni spoke of a black dragon from the heavens that would bring destruction upon the land. In secret he began to gather shinobi clans from other countries that had not joined a village, or from countries that had no village, and bought their loyalty. He built a second Takigakure no Sato and used the wealth of the daimyo to fuel it and to keep it secret.

When Tsuchi no Kuni invaded, Youei saw his chance to not only protect Taki no Kuni, but to also rid the world of the evil that was Eboshi Seiichi. During the peace talks he began his coup, where the clansmen he had gathered began a systematic genocide of every shinobi within Taki no Kuni’s borders. Though both the Tsuchikage and Taki Lord escaped, and man Iwa-nin lived, they are believed to be dead and the Iwa-nin scattered by the village and daimyo.

Now Youei is heralded as the new Taki Lord and the hero of his country.

So is this the old Taki, like the original? Or another new one? Because you claim to have made one before...now there's another? That's not making sense. Clarify that a bit.

If you remember, there was the civil war when this guy overthrew the last guy, and there was a big staff discussion over it, etc. Basically, this is the current Taki lord.
