 In the under ground war room, where her office was currently located considering her other office was under construction. Her summons had been issued to Hozuki Taigetsu, considering she had a task that he was the best suited for. She had also issued a summons for Sadamune, because where one was good for a mission, two were good for success. That and she wanted to ensure, that Taigetsu and Shen return to the village, as they were most important people in the village's standings, as well as assets to hide and guard form the "Enemy" that had been discussed at the Kage Council some months prior.
All she was waiting on now was their arrival.

It seemed that Sadamune was the first to arrive. He rested his left elbow on Yosuzume's handle, which was positioned at his waist. After being allowed into the Mizukage's office by her assistant, he bowed in respect and then returned to his idle position.
"Mizukage-sama," he greeted formally.

Water spiraled up from the floor, having come in underneath the door and past any aides outside unseen. The water coalesced into Taigetsu's form, an impatient look on his face. He had just been contacted by Shen via bijû telepathy and time was of the essence, but one did not dismiss a summons from the Mizukage. Not, at least, if one wanted to maintain the freedom one had been allowed.
"Mizukage-sama." The jinchûriki stated in greeting.

 She would look over at Sadamune and then to Taigetsu.
"Next time I think the doorway would suffice, Taigetsu"
She said, giving a curt bow of acknowledgement.
"I don't have much time to explain the situation, so here's the deal. Shentong has gone missing, I know you Taigetsu have knowledge who he is and what he is, as for you Sadamune, Shentong is the Jinchuuriki of the Sanbi, we've kept his identity and the others identity a closed secret to protect them for some time.
You are to find him, and bring him home... He was taken by known criminal and Nukenin Sanna Rix, and if I know that man, he is going to be traded to the Daimyo to help assure his power.
If the Daimyo takes control of the Sanbi, this skirmish of a war, could turn much deadlier much quicker, as knowing the Daimyo he would not want to keep the boy alive for sake of the demon, and just seek to unleash it.
I trust you to ensure this doesn't happen, my advice would be to infiltrate the Daimyo's guard and wait... Rix has been known to be hard to find, and scouring the country in search of him would be foolish especially with Marauding Mercenaries and Criminals escaped from the broken down prison on the loose.
We know his end game for the boy, so we know where he'll be, all you have to do is take back the boy when he gets there... Be cautious though, Rix is not a simple brute, he was able to take on a full squadron of Mei Kiri, a distraught and tailed state Jinchuuriki and myself at near the same time, he is not someone to cross swords with... "
She would say, referncing the battle that took place not too long ago. It would have been hard not to hear about it, they were still breaking down the wall of cooled molten rock that had been put up to ensure the battle didn't do too much collateral damage to the village. |

Sadamune digested the information he was given. He hadn't been privy to the identities of the Jinchūriki, so it came as a shock to learn who one of them was. What's more, to learn that a former member of the Shinobigatana had taken such actions and had succeeded against such odds. It was fascinating and terrifying at the same time.

This was good information, more than he had received through his communication with Shen. Taigetsu bowed before the Mizukage. "Hai, Mizukage-sama." He said. He turned to Sadamune, crossing his arms. "Well then, I guess we should be going. If you'd like, we'll meet at the gates in a few minutes - enough time to get prepared, I trust?" As he spoke, water pooled at his feet and slithered across the floor, sliding around to next to the Mizukage's feet where it coalesced into a hand holding a scroll - a Mizu Bunshin using the Suika no Jutsu to hide in one of Taigetsu's water bottles.
The scroll in the hand contained a written transmission of the information he had - that Shen had communicated to him through Isobu and Saiken had passed some chakra to him so he'd be able to sense the younger Jinchûriki, and that they were still on the water as of the communication. The hand would dissipate into water once the scroll was taken from it, so it no longer required Taigetsu's presence. The Hozuki opened the door to the office and motioned to Sadamune. "After you, sir."
Taigetsu would leave the room after Sadamune did.

She would sit, subtlety picking the scroll up onto her lap. Once Taigetsu and Sadamune had left, she made sure to read its contents.
"Interesting... I knew they had abilities far out-ranging those we seem to think normal... Keep a note of this"
She would say, as tucked the scroll into her kimono. |
