SUNAGAKURE NO SATO Oasis Hotel Shinjin stood outside the Oasis Hotel, the one he'd been told about by his previous 'informant'. Supposedly this was where he'd be able to find the leader of the gang he'd been hunting for this mission. Well, the only way to know for sure was to go in - and so he did. The shinobi entered the hotel as casually as any other might, but kept his eyes peeled for any suspicious activity occurring upon his entrance.

The Den of secrets
As he would enter the Oasis its bustling entryway full of people coming and going, it would be immediately evident that the Oasis was definitely a nice place. Nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary, though with the large crowds it would be hard to see if anyone was paying any sort of special attention to the shinobi that just walked in. How this all played out was completely based on shinjin's next move, as the informant had stated people are watching, one wrong move and any trace might disappear especially once news of the Gambling halls raid passed around. Yet if shinjin blends in to the crowd he might be able to notice the unusual occurrences that happen within the Oasis.

Shinjin saw someone he recognized and smiled, putting an arm around him and walking out of view of the general populace. When he next stepped back into view, he was quite a different man. Specifically, he had Henge'd into a random civilian when out of view. Now, far less conspicuous than before, he made his way through the hotel searching for information or suspiciously behaving individuals.

A face in the crowd
The unknown face drew no attention as he walked through the bustling lobby, and after a few minutes of searching Shinjin would see what he was looking for. There were two elevators one on the main floor and one down a hallway, a service elevator, where a random man in nice clothes could be seen standing in front of it eyeballing the hallway. It was obvious he was some sort of security detail keeping random civilians from using the service elevator, though his clothes did not identify him as any sort of hotel worker.
The man was definitely out of place and shinjin's keen shinobi intellect would likely identify all of these out of sort incidents as the trail of breadcrumbs to his missions objective.

Shinjin certainly noticed the well dressed man by the service elevator, and decided he needed to know what was important about that elevator. He casually approached the 'guard', making sure to weave in and out of the crowd so his approach wasn't obvious. When he got to the point that he couldn't cover any more ground without being noticed, his plan began.
He stumbled towards the man, a happy smile on his henge'd face, he waved at the man as he approached - a sake jug in his left hand which he took a large swig of while approaching "H-hey mishter." He said, slurring his words. "C-can you help me? I need to get upshtairs..." He said, hiccuping at the end of the sentence and moving to fall into the well dressed man. Should this connect, he would employ some swift sleight of hand to shift the sake jug to his other hand and pickpocket the man's wallet with his now free left hand.

The mook
The man would stand there for a moment shocked at the sprawled man he was sort of holding up. "What do you want?" The elevator mooked asked towards the drunk man before him. "Get out of here or i will have to remove you myself." The mook said towards the drunkard trying to be intimidating while still retaining his stoic appearance.
The mook would not even realize the sleight of hand was done. Shinjin's ruse had worked like a charm.

"Shorry, gesh..." Shinjin replied, having stolen the man's wallet. He stumbled off to one side and quickly disappeared out of view - turning about and hiding himself in the shadows while he awaited his prey's actions. The guard would soon realize that his wallet was missing and come after the 'drunken old man' he'd seen. And when he did, Shinjin would be waiting to knock him out and assume his shape via Henge no Jutsu. At which point, he'd have free access to the elevators.

Za dumb mook
Shinjins plan would happen flawlessly. Moments later the dumb elevator guard would finally realize he had been robbed. Immediately looking around, on the floor, in every direction he could until all at once. A lightbulb. He had been robbed he realized. Heading away from the elevator to the direction that he had remembered with his limited intelligence the drunken man stumbling off to. Wandering dow the hallway like a fly caught in a spiders web he would easily become shinjins victim.

And so, shortly after he was disposed of, the elevator guard walked back out into view - Shinjin wondering if using Henge in this way was some form of identity theft - and stepped into said elevator. Once in the elevator, Shinjin observed the buttons available to him - one of them was more worn than the others, indicating the floor that was likely being frequented.
He pressed that button.
