Kirigakure Jutsu
Kirigakure's Jutsu has much to do with the Canon shown for Kirigakure no sato. There are however some changes, here and there, as well as custom jutsu made just for the Kirigakure ninja. As well as custom jutsu made for special groups *Like Nami, Seven Swordsmen and Mei Kiri. As time goes, there will even be faction specific jutsu, so depending on your allegiance you could learn various techniques. The techniques that are Pre-Approved so far as listed by Canon and Custom. This list will be updated form time to time, so be sure to check it!
Canon Techniques
The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. C-ranked

The bubbles are spit out with violent force that is capable of washing away most attacks, such as oil and fire. This technique can also be used as an effective smokescreen. C-ranked
Water gushes out from the mouth like a waterfall and washes away the enemy. One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases. Having many variations, this is a basic Water Release technique. C-ranked
The user gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. They then direct them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so they don't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. B-ranked
A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications. B-ranked[/ul]
Custom Techniques
Unlike other combination jutsu, this one has no basis. It is taught only to the group known as Nami and is a forbidden technique, banned by Rokudaime Mizukage Bakaze. The five members of Nami when they use this jutsu pull all water in the area, to form a being that rivals the size of a boss summons. It takes on the form of a Shinigami, with a drowned look to it. As long as they concentrate, this elemental creation can do any of the following. Treat as the strength of a boss summons, but requires five casters (unless its Rinruri) and inability to do anything else while controlling the Suijin, in laymans terms while concentrating on this jutsu and controlling the Suijin, the users or Rinruri is incapable of doing anything else, except stand on top of the Suijin or hidden away somewhere.. Terumi Rinruri is said to be able to use this technique by herself. S-ranked
Defend: The Suijin is capable of creating walls of water from himself or even from the atmosphere itself that are thirty to forty feet thick. These walls can block Ninjutsu and even be toppled over to flood plains or forests.[/ul]

Village Hidden in the Mists Special Communication Seal

A Fuuinjutsu technique developed by Kirigakure Fuuinjutsu experts. This seal, can be placed upon objects or people linking them to share sound waves between their locations. A hand seal has to be maintained with at least one hand (Tori) and chakra must be manipulated into the seal in order to achieve this communication. This is used, in common days for Kirigakure shinobi, Kirigakure fleet and their forces can communicate with the Mizikage or Mission Control during the civil war that is happening around their country. Usually this is seen on scrolls, but in rare instances has been seen behind Kirigakure Ninjas ears. C-ranked
Suiton: Hougeki Kuryu Bakunami "Water Release: Bombardment Nine Dragons Explosive Wave"[/ul]
Usable by two or more Kirigakure ninja with Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu. This technique allows the multiple ninja to effect the water much as like Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu except a multiple headed dragon is made and capable of attacking many different opponents or a singular one. There is two heads, per Kirigakure ninja that participates in this jutsu, giving them two options for their dragons to attack. This being a combo jutsu, it requires a great deal of concentration and other ninja focused as well as chakra from multiple sources. A-ranked
Usable by two or more ninja with Sensatsu Suishou. Instead of creating a small amount of water needles, by having multiple ninja focusing and combining their efforts, hundred or even thousands of water needles can be formed. These needles are then directed as focused by the ninja to rain down on enemies, or blanket an area with the needles to wipe out invading armies if need be. B-ranked
Usable by two or more ninja with Kirigakure no jutsu, this technique when combined crates a vast area that is covered by mists. The mist when created this way is so thick, it blots out the light from the sun, creating an area that looked like night. Depending on how many ninja participate in the casting of this jutsu, the mist can range from several hundred feet long and wide to miles. While the mist is dark and dense, the Byakugan is known to be able to see through it. 1-2 casters: 500ft x 500ft, 3-4: 700ft x 700ft, 5+: Miles. B-ranked
Usable only by three or more ninja, this jutsu is based in Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu except the limit is not based on the singular user. The technique creates five times (5 x 3 = 15 etc) the number of casters in clones, each clone having chakra from multiple sources is dense enough to withstand one to three attacks. The clones can also make clones from themselves, up to five times (15 x 5 = 75 etc) the number of casters, which is how the technique's name arose. B-ranked
