[Eight Inner Gates]
The Eight Gates are eight specific points on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By undergoing intense training, one can learn how to open these gates allowing the user to surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own body. Anyone has the capacity to use the gates, but only those who have the willpower and patience can learn to master them.
As of now, Ganbare can only use five of the eight gates:
- Initial Gate [Kaimon] - Located behind the left eye, the Initial gate is the first of the eight celestial gates. This gate is usually broken in order to perform a needed devastating attack or for a self boost to get out of a sticky situation; keeping this gate unlocked for an extended period of time puts a lot of strain on the muscles if not conditioned significantly.
- Heal Gate [Kyuumon] - The Heal gate is located behind the right eye, it is the second of the eight celestial gates. As any taijutsu specialist knows, close combat battle can be dangerous, if a shinobi is taking a beating they may choose to unlock the Heal gate, which allows them to re-energize the body forcibly refreshing the user and allowing them less stress in entering the next gates.
- Life Gate [Seimon] - The Life gate is the third celestial gate, and the first of the forbidden ones; the unnatural endurance granted by this causes the user to barely even register pain, as such they would not give up easily in a fight, even if they are horribly outmatched. Located near the top of the spine, this gate furthers the endurance of the user. This gate grants some minor healing when opened as well. The increased blood flow turns the skin red.
- Harm Gate [Shoumon] - The fourth gate is known as the Harm gate, and for good reason. Like the Life gate located right above it, it is forbidden for it's risk to oneself. This gate allows the user to tap into their own abilities even further, allowing them to truly use their taijutsu techniques to their full advantage. This is not without a price, however, while this gate is open the muscles are slowly being torn to shreds by the sheer force flowing through them.
- Limit Gate [Tomon] - Placed below the Harm gate, the Limit gate's name is a bit of a misnomer, by opening this gates the mind's natural inhibitions placed on the body are forcibly removed. This massively increases chakra flow, grants superhuman speed and strength and allows the user to fight even if he would be dead several times over. When this gate is unlocked the user's chakra forms a visible aura around them. Of course, the minds unconscious inhibitions are there to protect the body, with them gone the body slowly tears itself to pieces, not knowing when to stop.
- View Gate [Keimon] - Falling in line below the Life, Harm, and Limit gates, the View gate is a rare sight to behold. Only taijutsu masters have ever succeed in unlocking this gate, and then with drastically strong effects. The user's body is actually burning from the chakra pouring out of all the tenketsu, creating such a thick aura that it causes violent winds and pressure around the user. The chakra is basically holding the body together as the user's muscles and even some bones are being torn to shreds. Many have died while this gate has been unlocked.
- Wonder Gate [Kyoumon] - The penultimate of the eight celestial gates is located at the base of the spinal cord; the Wonder Gate is only attained by true masters of the art of taijutsu; at this point the mind has actually convinced the body that it can do more then 100%, rather then the normal 20-30% it normally does. The user gains a blue aura around themselves thanks to the heat generated from the body, which most consider as chakra. The enormous surge of energy granted by this state shreds part of the body as the gate is broken; however, the chakra is absorbed by every fiber of the body, knitting it together again, making it better; at least temporarily. The body is functioning at what no body should, and this state causes extreme physical pain; but the mind at this point has transcended pain.
- Death Gate [Shimon] - Upon unlocking the final gate, located in the heart, the body dies. The heart is pumping with such stress that the lungs stop taking in air, blood stops circulating; the user is clinically dead, and no means exist to bring them back as "mortal". Why would someone unlock this gate if it is inevitable death? That's for the user to decide, what is known about this gate is that even though the body is dead the mind controls it with chakra flow alone, animating it and causing it to function as if it were still alive. Damage to the user means nothing, as they fight with the full limits of their body and destroy anything and everything in their path as they are "dead" anyway. Only true masters of taijutsu have been able to attain the unlocking of this gate, and then only under the most dire of circumstances.

Taijutsu
[Vision Fist] - Fighting Style
A fighting style that was created by Ganbare in order to become stronger and as a result became his own unique fighting technique. This style uses straight-forward and direct striking, with natural fluid movement and supreme balance allowing for devastating speed and attack power, relying not on muscular strength and pure destruction but also turning force and the body's centre of gravity. Though Ganbare is still developing the more advanced points, he has created the groundwork for the style and thus wishes to make it a style known across the world. Slowly, he is mastering it and its fundamentals so that he can do such a task and make it a style of fighting to be proud of.
- [Offense is the Best Defense] - Their is no defense in this style, their is only offensive maneuvers in this style apart from blocking attacks with the arms. That's because this style is made to annihilate the opponent and not waste any time in doing so. As a result; punches and kicks are fast, direct and very powerful.
- [Never Stop Learning] - Ganbare never stops trying to learn from either books on martial arts, sparring or combat itself. He constantly kneads what he understands into his style and doesn't think to stop doing so because it is the growth of himself and the style that allows him to exceed his limitations to become stronger. Thus this too is important, you should never stop becoming better even in old age. Assimilating techniques, bettering one's own techniques to befit ones own style, it's all in the mind and body.
- [Practice Makes Perfect] - Ganbare is always practicing, always trying to become a better fighter. Though he may seem lazy, it's only because he understands his own body and that he could "break himself". He doesn't tense himself, he goes with the flow understanding when best to train himself and when not to. But in his head, he's always trying to think of a way to improve and to become a better fighter in relation to his martial arts. Because, only by practicing can one truly understand how strong they are now, and how strong they could become later.
- (Note): Thanks to the removal of the limiters in the Hachimon's "Sixth" gate, the speed of the attacks of the user become so fast that they actually ignite due to friction, thus all striking attacks within and after this gate gain a "burn" effect because of it.
[Flicker Fist] - D
A punch done with great fluidity, moving with the shoulders to strike the opponent with a punch that is built for speed while losing no power thanks to the special skill of collapsing the fist on impact into the opponent, giving it a special "snap" for greater weight. This is his signature skill, made to be a technique that is not easily defended against in battle.
- [Glimmer Fist] - C
A high-speed assortment of 'Flicker Fists', with the usual combination of three strikes (but can be prolonged). These fists are made to attack the opponent in the shortest amount of time using the fluidity and the balance of the user to reinforce them, the combination can be done from a multitude of positions and postures making it very versatile. - [Spark Fist] - B
A seemingly incalculable amount of 'Flicker Fists' done to the opponent at breakneck speeds. The user lashes at the opponent with strikes so fast that they disappear to the slow reactions, but even faster eyes have trouble keeping up. The technique gains a great upgrade in the sixth gate in that, the attacks move so fast, they generate a huge fireball that envelops the opponent through friction, scorching them with each hit.
[Skyhigh] - B
An exceptionally fast and powerful flying kick, capable of denting strengthened steel. The user executes the kick building up power through the legs and sending themselves at the opponent with great force knocking them away with its might.
[Falling Star] - C
A technique which involves a simple, yet effective, throw which suddenly and violently flips an opponent upside down. During this attack, one can also use it as a great opportunity of sending an opponent away with a powerful kick or punch.
[Stone Breaker] - C
A stronger than normal low kick, capable of easily decimating stone. It is a low kick that is "charged" within the arced swing of the leg putting a sizable amount of weight and momentum into the strike making it far more powerful than your average low kick, which strikes the legs consecutive times to get the same effect.
[Lariat] - Unknown
The user charges at his opponent, striking them with a Lariat move, which can be coated in chakra. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick, powerful and is easily capable of knocking down an opponent.
