The Question...
After his interactions with Lady Ryuze and the combat over the last couple days with his new squad Ito had decided to train. The hours he spent in constant practice seemed to be befitting his ability but it was plain to see Ito had hit a plateau. Unable to fully challenge himself or improve his current abilities Ito fell back into his old routine of following around the other shinobi of the village. There was always something to be seen in the village during the day even with the rain falling in torrents the village was still bustling with life. Ito thought to himself for a while as he watched some chunin level shinobi hard at work. Watching as the practiced their different jutsu Ito was amazed by their ability and adaptation to combine and/or form new jutsu with old ideas. That's when it got him thinking, maybe just what he needed was to start trying to learn a new jutsu. It would give him something to focus on as well as giving him possible new battle ability and tactics. But what? So he started going through a list of different jutsu he might be able to work on. His element release needed some work but what would he do with that, maybe a wind based attack? Nah he thought, he could work on some taijutsu techniques, but the reality of his frame reminded him that he was better suited for long to mid range combat. Unless he would plan on achieving this goal several years from now. Ito was young and impatient he wanted something that he might be able to learn in the next year or less. Something that would compliment his strengths and cover his weaknesses. He had found his way around the village until off in the distance he spotted the normal Elite ninja that were secretly the escort for the ninja that he called "Ame's biggest secret" especially not knowing her name personally. As he watched she performed some interesting techniques that he could only barely see, but they all showed her great mastery despite her young age. Then out of nowhere there was a bunch of her, wait what? Ito thought how did she do that. Are those clones? Upon a few minutes of inspection he realized that they were not the trick clones he had seen the other shinobi use in Ame. They were solid clones able to actually look like the bleed and have some semblance of form. It was amazing to say the least, Ito thought about the technique for a while trying to remember where he had heard of a similar technique, but nothing came to mind. He continued watching from the distance and then for a moment he swore he saw her looking his way. Was she looking at him, or the guards? Realizing that his cover was probably blown he started to wave his hand to her, not realizing that this action may indeed get him in trouble. OOC: I am taking some aformentioned liberties in this post. I am totally willing to change this post if you don't like it or don't feel its fitting.

Even though she wasn't allowed to participate in these most recent Chunin exams, Sio trained as if she was. Today, she stood out in the drizzle, hand extended palm-up as she rotated her other hand around it. The three clones around her did the same. The chakra followed suit, swirling and forming into a spherical shape, starting out red hot before gradually fading to clear. The energy began to compact tighter and rotate faster, building on itself until it practically hummed with ferocity. But this one would be different. The outer layer, normally comprised of a rather solid layer of chakra, would instead be contained by water. Just enough to keep the energy formed and contained. This had been long in practice, keeping the chakra from blowing out a weak point in the water shell, but this was the culmination of months of that practice. The other three clones disappeared as she prepared to launch her attack.
Grasping that sphere, she then lanced forth toward her target, sinking the mess of water, chakra and fire energy into the trunk of the tree. A hole ate into the bark, boring down into the wood, the outer edges of the damage dried and smoldering after the technique was all said and done. Sio looked proudly at her accomplishment. It didn't look like much there, but used on a person, it would be so much more damaging. It was the beginning of a Steam Rasengan.
It would be a moment before she realized she was being watched. Snapping her gaze up to Ito, she narrowed her eyes as he raised his hand to wave. She didn't wave back, merely stared before slowly turning to face him. Sio wasn't a big fan of being followed and spied on, really.

Ito continued his waving for a moment unsure of exactly what to do, she seemed to just be staring straight towards him. Did she look angry Ito could not tell, but there was no doubt now she was staring at him. A few simple gestures and a blast of wind lifted him off the ground and into the air towards Sio. His glider gently hovering on the current Ito had created with his wind release ability. Ito blasted the wind forward as he was sent cascading towards the area where Sio stood, at the last second turning his glider to resist the wind and gently set him down. Hi my name is Ito, whats yours? Ito said as he landed a few meters away from Sio. Looking at the environment with a clear view now Ito could see she was working on something for more powerful then some clone technique. The tree's looked charred as though sheered by heat, almost exploded in a way. Ito still facing her, eyed the different tree's that had been used for Sio's practice this day. This is extraordinary he thought to himself, she is probably only a little older then me but these are some advanced techniques.

Sio just stared at the boy. He seemed friendly enough, but at the same time, she was agitated that he was just sitting and watching her from afar without making himself known. Like a creeper.
She continued to watch him as he descended on his glider, landing in front of her. Muddy eyes looked him up and down as he introduced himself. "Karaka." she said simply. It was surprising that she remembered her Amegakure alias, considering she hardly had to ever use it. People in this village just tended to come up and talk to you...they didn't seem to pay much mind to learning one another's names. It was kind of nice, really. Just getting to know people instead of being hung up on details.
She noticed him eying her handiwork in the tree and smirked a bit. "Like it? What else did you happen to spy while you were up there?"

She had known he had been watching her train and by the look on her face he could tell she was unamused. It was interesting to be judged by someone for the actions he had commited so many times before, all the adults always thought it was cute and they would pat Ito's head when he was caught. Not today it seemed, today marveled that he should be glad her twisted glare didn't turn for the worse. It is nice to meet you Karaka, Ito said with an embarrassed look towards the older girl. A few moments later she saw him looking through the destroyed tree's and rubbled remnants. Responding to the first portion of the Karaka's question Ito simply responded with a Yes!!! it was very cool....What else did you happen to spy while you were up there?...Ito started to speak, timid at first, unsure if answering Karaka's second question would get him more into trouble or not. Well.. I believe i saw.. like a clone technique..or something.... Hey wait a minute, Ito erupted upon his own timid nature then started speaking the questions he had wondered earlier saying them towards the girl now. How did your clones touch things and have rain landing on them and stuff like that? Clones can't normally touch things? He said with giant eyes towards the girl and a face locked in suspense for the answer.

Sio smiled...this would be one of the first times that someone will have seen her Rasengan who wasn't familiar with the technique, themselves. Ryuze had been working with her to incorporate the steam aspect into it, and this was the result.
"You're right." she said with a nod. "My clones aren't the normal Bunshin that they teach you in the Academy. They're solid clones. Shadow Clones." Sio was well aware that each village had their own variation of the clone technique. She wasn't quite sure if Amegakure had one, themselves. If so, Ryuze either did not know it or just didn't talk about it, but she would figure if there was one, that would be the person to talk to about it. "Does our village have a village-specific clone technique, as well?" Perhaps he would know. After all, he was FROM here. It wasn't necessary information, but at the same time, it nagged at her.

Oh you mean like water clones? Ito said with a puzzled face to the young kunoichi. Ya we have water clones here, there are some people that make earth clones or mud clones but those are rarer then others. I guess it makes sense, all the rain and what not.Ito thought for a few moments about the conversation he had with lady ryuze sometime ago about this kunoichi. Her words still ringing through his head, his questions he had asked her flowing to the forefronts of his mind. Still the one question that she never answered was were this young lady was from, the question still bouncing around his mind Ito strained to keep his mouth shut for now.

"Water clones..." Sio echoed. One probably had to have a Suiton chakra nature in order to swing that. Unless there was an existing water source. Even then, it would probably be exceedingly difficult. There would be no point in her learning it, anyway. After all, she had her Shadow Clones.
"Mine are clones made purely of chakra." she finally answered, simplifying the Shadow Clone technique as much as she possibly could. "You split your total chakra when you make them, and each consecutive one after that splits your chakra further. So it's not like you can make a whole bunch of them without feeling it or anything. They can't take too much punishment without disappearing, but they hang around long enough to do what they need to do."

Ito thought for many moments about what the kunoichi had said, clones made from pure chakra. How would someone do something like that, they idea even simply explained spoke of just how difficult the technique truly was. It spoke plainly the huge difference in each of their own understanding as well as ability. How did you learn something that sounds so hard?Ito asked, completely amazed by the process she had explained, not only did she describe the idea of creating real physical clones. She also mentioned that they could take hits, obviously restrengthening the claim that they were in fact tangible. Is this something, maybe... like you, could... uhhhmmm.. teach.. to other people.. like someone you know... or me?Ito asked with as much confidence in himself as it sounded like he had. It was quite obvious as well that his sublety and manipulation skills were not seasoned at all. Ito would no sooner be able to talk himself out of a paper bag then convince her to teach him if she didn't want to. Ito was not sure if it was a stupid question or not, as his cheeks turned a little red, but he knew full well that he might not ever actually be able to accomplish the technique. Yet he was at least willing to try, especially if this already extremely accomplished kunoichi would be willing to teach him.
