· Altering Terrain (かえるちけい, Kaeruchikei): Using her Altering Terrain Diagram Scroll, Nagiko maps out an area and then is able to physically modify it (from within said area) to perform her Earth Release techniques by drawing in additions to the terrain.
Altering Terrain Barrier (かえるちけいけっかい, Kaeruchikei Kekkai) [A-RANK]: This technique requires the Altering Terrain Diagram Scroll, on which a blueprint of a particular area will be mapped by Nagiko. This technique is used to form a detection type barrier that can be used to surround an area in a dome, and allows Nagiko to monitor said area remotely. When activated, it causes a giant dome-shaped barrier to form, which surrounds a designated area including the sky above it, as well as below the earth. The barrier is represented by a circle drawn around the area that has been mapped out. The barrier itself is twofold in nature: The barrier is connected to the Altering Terrain Diagram Scroll, which Nagiko uses to detect individuals inside the barrier, as well as maintain the size and shape of the barrier. Each individual inside the barrier is represented by a red dot on the map. This barrier also has a very high durability, and anything that makes contact with it is immediately engulfed in flames. The only way to pass through the barrier unharmed is with a special seal.
Altering Terrain Clone (かえるちけいぶんしん, Kaeruchikei Bunshin) [A-RANK]: This technique creates clones of Nagiko made of a mixture of mud and ink, which appear one by one from the surrounding terrain, to delay and confuse the opponent. When the opponent attempts to attack the clones, they will merely disrupt the clones' body but not destroy it. When attacked the clones also multiply. As the clones continue to multiply, the victim will eventually be worn down. These clones, made from a small amount of ink and mud, carrying chakra, are different from the ordinary Clone technique in that they have actual substance and mass. Nagiko is able to make use of the clones for missions involving surprise attacks, infiltration, and assassinations. The clones also have the ability to stay mental contact with Nagiko. If she is rendered unconscious, Nagiko's mud-ink clones are dispersed.

Altering Terrain Diagram Scroll (かえるちけいずまきもの, Kaeruchikeizu Makimono): A scroll used by Nagiko as a medium for her Altering Terrain technique. After mapping out an area, Nagiko can control the topography by changing her picture, allowing her to insert traps or track individuals represented by red dots on her drawing. She can also use it as a medium for other techniques.

This seems kind of hax to me. I don't think it's plausible that having this scroll just allows you to change everything and anything about the topography of any area. She could map out a huge mountain range and then just erase that for the lulz with little consequence. Then she can mod in traps and track people magically. It just seems all godmoddy to me.

Altering Terrain, as it was utilized in the filler arc, was hax. I don't mean to use that version of the technique. That version incorporated this technique: link. In that case, an entire landscape was changed. My use of the technique does not include summoning a mountain's worth of rock, but altering existing rock formations and small-scale modification of the land with Earth Release. I modified my description to be just a little more clear. I don't mean to change the entire landscape with the technique, but to use the scroll as a medium for Nagiko's Earth Release. Primarily things such as spike traps, or an Indiana Jones style boulder trap. Things your average ninja could do. The two techniques I already registered are her only large-scale Altering Terrain techniques. If it helps, I can register any sort of Earth Release I plan to use with Altering Terrain, individually as techniques, so what she can do is clearly defined. As far as tracking people, to do so she needs to use Altering Terrain Barrier to form a detection-type barrier. Once the barrier is formed, she can then see the location of everyone inside it. The barrier is designed to confine people to an area, and track them inside that area. Then she can use her Earth Release to attack those people. This should serve to imply that she must use Altering Terrain Barrier after mapping out a location in her Altering Terrain Diagram Scroll and before performing any of her Earth Release, as the barrier is her only method of knowing the location of people in the area she mapped out. So to be clear- 1: She maps out the area (a forest, a mountain, etc...) containing her targets. 2: She uses Altering Terrain Barrier to confine and locate her targets. 3: She uses Altering Terrain in combination with Earth Release to attack her targets. 4: ? ? ? 5: Profit.

This is fine with me. With these new developments, I feel better approving these. If you want her to be able to do anything spectacular with this, just register those. You don't need to register everything she can do, but just the HUGE things. With that being said, these are approved.
EDIT: Also, it would be better if she had to be within a certain range of wherever it is she is manipulating. So her chakra can one, reach, and two, make this more fair.

I added on to Altering Terrain that she modifies the landscape from within the area mapped out on her Altering Terrain Diagram Scroll. This means she can't put up the Altering Terrain Barrier and manipulate the area within the barrier from safely outside it. Those inside the barrier can thus track her down and defeat her (and/or destroy the scroll) to break the barrier.
· Character Bind (じばく, Jibaku): A series of sealing techniques developed by Nagiko, which enable her to do many things, based on the kanji that she writes on her target with her fingers. To write the kanji, Nagiko concentrates chakra into her fingers, and using the heat from that, applies a kanji seal with a simple command of whatever she wants to a surface. Character Bind seals require very delicate chakra control. Similar to the Finger Carving Seal, applying the seal causes slight discomfort to a living target, and it will scar if it is used on flesh. [/i] red dot on the Altering Terrain Diagram Scroll. • Obscure (隠, On): A powerful seal which obscures the target from the five senses. This seal even goes so far as to erase the chakra signature of the target, making the target virtually undetectable toward sensors. • Ignite (燃, Nen): A weak seal which gradually increases in heat intensity, eventually setting flame to the target. This seal can be used to start delayed fires inside a structure. On the flesh of a living target, the end result of this seal is a fourth degree burn on the location of the seal. • Flow (流, Ryū): A weak seal which exponentially multiplies any liquid draining from the target. When applied to a source of drinking water such as a faucet or fountain, this seal can allow for continuous flow of water and an unending supply of drinking water.[/ul]

· Earth Release • Rock Pillar (どとん • がんちゅう, Doton • Ganchū) [C-RANK]: A technique of the earth element in which the user forms rock pillars that will protrude from the ground to strike the target. This technique can also be used to form a large amount of rock pillars which can then be controlled to surround the target and create a bamboo-like thicket of rock or a cone-shaped prison.
· Earth Release • Rock Pillar Spear (どとん • がんちゅうそう, Doton • Ganchūsō) [C-RANK]: A technique of the earth element in which the user forms a staff or spear from their environment. The user can then use it as a melee weapon or throw it at their opponent.
This technique alternatively lets the user condense mud or stone from the ground and shape it into spikes that protrude from the ground in order to skewer the target. The spikes can sprout from separate directions, making it harder to evade.
· Earth Release • Rock Obstruction (どとん • がんじゃま, Doton • Ganjama) [C-RANK]: A technique of the earth element in which the user controls multiple sections of rock, and moves them around their opponent. The user can use the sections of rock to shield themselves as well as their allies from attack, to obstruct the opponent's path, and ultimately to attack the opponent. The user can also form two gigantic sections to crush the opponent between them.
· Earth Release • Rock Dome (どとん • がんまるやね, Doton • Ganmaruyane) [C-RANK]: A technique of the earth element in which the user surrounds themselves with earth, taken from the immediate vicinity, in order to fabricate a formation of rock that is capable of protecting both the user and others in close proximity. The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside.
· Earth Release • Cave Prison (どとん • いしろう, Doton • Ishirū) [B-RANK]: A technique of the earth element in which the user causes the earth in the surrounding area to rise up and over a target and create a cavern, imprisoning the target. The user can leave an opening to allow attacks to go in to strike down the trapped target, or close it up completely to prevent the target from escaping through the opening.
· Earth Release • Pit (どとん • あな, Doton • Ana) [C-RANK]: A technique of the earth element in which the user causes the ground to destabilize under their opponent, forming a large pit. The walls of the pit crumble in to trap the opponent.
· Earth Release • Buried Alive (どとん • いきうめ, Doton • Ikiume) [B-RANK]: A technique of the earth element in which the user causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them. This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to the area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.
· Earth Release • Cave-In (どとん • らくばん, Doton • Rakuban) [B-RANK]: A technique of the earth element in which the user causes a cave-in by destabilizing the ceiling of the cave. As with Rock Lodging Destruction, a common technique of Hidden Rock, just removing a single vital stone throws off the balance of the cave, making it unexpectedly fragile and causing a domino effect that destroys the entire cave.
· Earth Release • Moving Earth Core (どとん • ちどうかく, Doton • Chidōkaku): A technique of the earth element in which the user lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area, allowing them to create giant holes or elevations in the ground. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered or raised to is also up to the user.
With precise timing, this technique can be used to evade incoming attacks, as well as to endanger opponents by moving them into the path of an oncoming attack reducing their reaction time as well as knocking them off balance, making it even harder to avoid the attack. Other than being moved below or above ground — relative to the surrounding surface — the terrain is not altered as plant life and people retain their same positions when this technique is used.

Some of these need ranking.
Rock Dome and Cave Prison do basically the same thing, you just use them differently. You can modify those into one technique.
Moving Earth Core needs a designated range. Its wording leaves it very open, and a needs a bit more specification in the ranged area.
