Inakamono (Clown)
Unique; Puppet
After losing his left arm in the very last days of the Second Shinobi World War, Haran replaced the lost limb with a mechanical, puppet limb. The artificial limb is colored black, as opposed to a human limb. The hand has a cross design on it, which raises up to reveal a compartment that launches three small, poisoned needles through a small burst of Futon chakra. The wrist joint has a raised portion that opens up to reveal a small launcher of poison gas canisters, launched through the same mechanism as the senbon. The ends of the fingers open up to allow five large claw-like blades, each measuring twenty inches in length, to extend from the fingers. The claw-blades are all poisoned and can be sharpened and extended two inches with Futon chakra.

Marionetto (Marionette)

Haran has always had a unique philosophy on how puppet users should operate in battle, and that reflects in his choice to have his clothing double as a pseudo-puppet. Haran wears a long, white trench coat with strips of cloth hanging loosely from it. Should Haran ever find himself unable to move the majority of his body, he can use chakra strings to control the fabric of the coat to wrap the extra strips of loose cloth around his body and control them to move en lieu of his muscles.

Onmitsu (Spy)
Unique; Puppet
Onmitsu is a small, golden puppet about the size of a tangerine with sharp wings and a tail with a blade on the end. The sharp edges of the wings and blade of the tail are coated with poison. The puppet has a small mouth-shaped opening with teeth within it, capable of opening and closing. The teeth are poisoned. Onmitsu has multiple small microphones, transmitters and receivers hidden within it, each one designed to pick up, record and transmit different frequencies of sound and radio communications. The puppet can store up to three hours of audio, or transmit it to receivers within two miles. A small chakra receiver just underneath the puppet's brass plating allows Haran to control it from up to two miles out, thanks to a chakra transmitter that he uses. The chakra transmitter and receiver set is incapable of working with any more chakra than is needed to operate the puppet, and even then the puppet is limited to basic locomotion, not attacking. The microphones and transmission equipment, which runs on a power source other than chakra, however, can still operate when using the chakra transmission device to provide basic locomotion ability to the puppet.

Akuma (Demon)
Unique; Puppet
Akuma is a very, very disturbing puppet. It appears very similar to a human, but pure white with angelic wings and two pentacles on it: one on its forehead and one on its stomach. The pentacle on its forehead slides open to reveal a device that launches poisoned senbon in a spreading cone at whatever the pentacle is pointed at, up to a total of twenty senbon launched. The pentacle on its chest is actually made up of six panels. The first, bottom panel slides open to reveal a high-pressure water jet, which launches water at a high enough pressure to pierce stone. Going clockwise, the next panel slides open to reveal a poison gas launcher. The following panel slides open to reveal a small store of kunai with explosive notes wrapped around the handles, which can be removed and thrown by the puppet. The next panel slides open to reveal... nothing, at first. After a couple of seconds, a flashbang is released from the puppet and goes off immediately after release; the puppet holds four of these. The fifth panel slides open to reveal a flamethrower with an effective range of ten meters. The sixth panel, the center panel, isn't actually a panel at all. Instead, if the puppet gets in close enough, a large, wafer-thin blade of malleable metal emerges from the sixth panel to skewer any unsuspecting victims. All weapons within this puppet are coated in poison.

Poison
Unique; Offensive
Haran's trademark poison is a nasty little concoction that causes weakness and dizziness almost immediately upon exposure, unconsciousness after twenty minutes and eats away at the victim's muscle tissue so long as they are infected. The poison alone will never kill somebody; however, it causes extreme pain and incapacitation. Haran keeps at least twenty samples of the antidote with him at all times, just in case.

The chakra shield is an actual jutsu, so you'll need to have that approved by Tou or another jutsu mod. The chakra receiver itself is sort of a Pain-exclusive, because only he had chakra potent enough to carry that far and manipulate perfectly another body. You might be able to use it to provide locomotion, but nothing else.
