· Snake Blade (とう, Hebitō): A blade originally belonging to Sadaku Goein, now in the possession of Subori, who claimed it as her own after being sealed inside of her. The sword has one edged blade which is pitched forward towards the point, the edge being concave on the lower part of the sword, but convex on top.
This shape distributes the weight in such a way that the sword is capable of delivering a blow with the momentum of an axe, while maintaining the cutting edge of a sword. The hilt is hook-shaped, the end stylized in the shape of a lightning bolt.
The sword possesses several dozen hidden blades held together at each end by pins. When deployed or swung, these blades zig-zag back and forth with a flash of steel as they move forward, resembling the movements of a strike of lightning.
When deployed, the Snake Blade unravels to such lengths that Subori can attack enemies out of reach and keep them at a distance simultaneously, or entangle her opponents or objects. Such entanglements could easily be untangled by Subori with a flick of her wrist.
The lightning-quick shifting of the sword's movements make most strikes extremely difficult to predict. Subori is even able to rapidly and very precisely change the sword's trajectory mid-strike by simply jerking her wrist in any direction.
Subori is able to maneuver the blades into an angle perpendicular to the sword hilt to ensnare her opponents with the blades and then dismember them cleanly with a flick of the wrist, and yet still maintain enough speed and force to cut metal.
Despite being swift and unpredictable in Subori's hands, the Snake Blade could still be dodged by faster opponents, and when countered with strong enough blows, the sword's path could be diverted from its target.
Furthermore, the sword is all but useless in close-quarters combat, so whenever opponents come too close, Subori is unable to counter with the Snake Blade without first putting distance between her and her opponent.
