Profile Link: None. Character Name and Rank: None. Note: Apart from the 3 canon techniques, these are all from the Blood Prison movie. I intend for them to be techniques for Kusa ANBU. You don't need to add them.
· Grass Shadow Style (くさかげりゅう, Kusakage Ryū): A swift style of combat incorporating open-handed as well as closed-fist hits along with kicks to the opponent. Those who utilize this style of combat are trained to fight with speed. - · Time Reversal Technique (じぎゃくのじゅつ, Jigyaku no Jutsu) [D-RANK]: An illusionary technique used by members of the ANBU to pull out forgotten memories. After forming the needed hand seals, the ANBU will put the target into a hypnotic trance. After counting back to the day they wish to learn about, they will ask the target to remember incidents they have since forgotten. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis. This allows the ANBU to gather information that would otherwise be inaccessible. - · Temporary Paralysis Technique (かなしばりのじゅつ, Kanashibari no Jutsu) [D-RANK]: An advanced technique used by members of the ANBU to temporarily bind an opponent. The technique debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike the target, or take the target into custody. The intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. The technique can also be cast on multiple targets at once, depending on the user's skill. - · Corpse Disposal Technique (したいほろぼすのじゅつ, Shitaihorobosu no Jutsu): A technique used by members of the ANBU to completely destroy a body. It can even be used to destroy their own, when on the verge of being killed or captured. This technique engulfs a body in chakra and destroys it, along with its secrets, leaving no trace of the body behind. - · Fire Release • Heavenly Prison (かとん • てんろう, Katon • Tenrō): [A-RANK]: An imprisonment technique used by the ANBU of Hidden Grass. Those who are subjected to this technique have a formula applied to them, which will prevent them from molding chakra and from using most techniques. The technique is known to be in use on the prisoners of the Blood Prison. However, for people with high amounts of chakra, such as a jinchūriki, they can still mold chakra and use techniques to a certain extent. The techniques used, however, will be severely hampered, and the seal will cause the user in question intense pain, as though their bodies were on fire. If too much chakra is forced out, the formula will set the victim ablaze. If the ones who have the seal on them leave a certain radius from the applier, then it will cause the victims to burst into flames, burning them to ashes. The applier can also ignite the seal at their own free will. Being a fire technique, it cannot work in water, and victims simply have to submerge themselves in a body of water to use chakra with ease; anyone set aflame by this technique can be saved if water is poured over them. Also, this technique only suppresses normal chakra from within one's body; when enhanced with natural energy gathered externally, one is still able to use chakra. If anyone with the seal applied were able to create a clone of any substance, the clone will not bear the seal. The seal will disappear if the applier dies. - · Fire Release • Great Fire Heavenly Prison (かとん • ごうかてんろう, Katon • Gōka Tenrō): [S-RANK]: A stronger version of the Heavenly Prison that can be used on larger targets. Unlike with the parent technique, when this is used the person's entire body is engulfed in flames as the cursed seal is branded on them.

Grass Shadow Style It's okay to say their trained to fight by utilizing speed, but the whole "faster than the naked eye" thing is something that won't be approved. Few people, if any, in the manga have even been shown to exhibit that sort of speed.
Fire Release • Heavenly Prison I don't really see how draining chakra ties into this. I think it would be more fitting as a separate jutsu.

· Hiding in Grass Technique (くさがくれのじゅつ, Kusagakure no Jutsu) [C-RANK]: An illusionary concealment technique utilized by ninja from Hidden Grass. Rather than being cast on a target, the illusion is cast over the user's own body, affecting what others see when they look at the user. The illusion allows the user to blend into their surroundings, primarily grassy or forested areas. The illusion is most effective when the user is moving slow and close to the ground, crouching or crawling. If the user attempts to run or make a sudden movement, the illusion blurs a bit, allowing others to notice an inconsistency in their environment. - · Grass Step (くさほ, Kusaho) [D-RANK]: A movement technique utilized by ninja from Hidden Grass. The ninja can emit a fixed amount of chakra from the bottom of the their feet, to muffle their footsteps so that they cannot be heard. It muffles the crunch of snow or sand, the crinkle of leaves, even the snap of a twig. - · False Grass Step (ぎくさほ, Gikusaho) [D-RANK]: An illusionary technique utilized by ninja from Hidden Grass. Once this illusion is cast, the user can direct the relevant sights and sounds to manifest wherever they please. This illusion is primarily used to mimic the sounds muffled by Grass Step, though it can also manifest breaking branches or rustling bushes. It can even create voices. This illusion is commonly used to make a concealed ninja appear as if they are somewhere where they are not, or to make it seem as if the ninja has hidden allies, or to make it seem as if a trap lies ahead. The illusion can be tacked upon another illusion, in particular one which conceals the user, to assist in stealth. - · Black Bamboo Forest (くろちくりん, Kurochikurin) [C-RANK]: An illusionary technique utilized by ninja from Hidden Grass. Upon being cast, the illusion creates a thick forest of strong-smelling black bamboo. The bamboo sprouts from the ground and swiftly grows into a seemingly vast forest, which appears inescapable to the target or targets. Day seems to change to night as well, further hampering the target's senses. - · Grass Sprout (くさめ, Kusame) [C-RANK]: A ninja technique commonly utilized by ninja from Hidden Grass. The ninja places their hand on the ground and directs chakra into the earth. Pockets of grass can then be made hard and sharp, not unlike small blades poking up from the earth. These blades of grass can even be made to fire from the earth toward a target. Two hands placed on the ground can transform an entire field of grass into projectiles. The ninja must maintain contact with the earth to keep the grass stiff. - · Grass Needle (くさせんぼん, Kusa Senbon) [D-RANK]: A ninja technique commonly utilized by ninja from Hidden Grass. The ninja holds blades of grass in their hand, and applies chakra to them to make them hard and sharp. The small grass blades can then be thrown like needles. The blade of grass can alternatively be held in the mouth and charged with chakra, allowing the ninja to conceal the blade and spit it from their mouth as a projectile.

Palm of Destruction (はっぱしょう, Happa Shō) [C-RANK]: A set of rapid open-handed hits in the Grass Shadow Style.
· Fire Release • Demon Lantern (かとん • おにどうろう, Katon • Onidōrō): [C-RANK]: A technique which releases many floating fireballs around the user, which take the shape of ghosts at the final stage of the technique. After performing the required hand seal, they attack the opponent in swarms. Each fireball creates a huge flame at the moment of impact. Members of Hidden Grass use this technique as a "coming of age" rite, and as such it is a common and favored technique amongst them.
· Detention Embrace (こうそくほうよう, Kōsoku Hōyō) [B-RANK]: A barrier technique used by the ANBU of Hidden Grass. The user forms a unique barrier that subdues the opponent by pushing down on them and rapidly draining their chakra. It's quite difficult to resist, but some powerful individuals (such as a village head or jinchūriki) are capable of resisting it.
· Amplifying Detention Embraces (きょうかするこうそくほうよう, Kyōkasuru Kōsoku Hōyō) [A-RANK]: A collaborative barrier technique used by the ANBU of Hidden Grass. This technique has exactly the same effect as Detention Embrace, but the collaboration results in a much larger and stronger version.
Stacking multiple Detention Embraces on one another, the users put their opponent in a layered barrier that pushes down on them, preventing them from escaping and draining their chakra. More users stacking on their Detention Embraces enhances its ability to subdue and drain chakra from the target.
A minimum of four users are required to partially or completely subdue and incapacitate any individual of significant skill level, such as: A-rank or S-rank individuals, village leaders, jinchūriki and bijū or large summoned animals. The number of users required to subdue an individual is determined on a case-by-case basis.
· Detention Penalty (こうそくばつ, Kōsoku Batsu) [B-RANK]: A barrier technique used by the ANBU of Hidden Grass. The user traps the opponent in a Detention Embrace, and then uses Detention Penalty to make the barrier implode, damaging or killing the target within a controlled implosion.

Palm of Destruction- You're going to need more than that wimpy description to support that claim.
Fire Release • Demon Lantern and Fire Release • Heavenly Prison Fire Sword- There are filler jutsu, but I guess they seem approvable. My only thing is...didn't they belong to a certain lineage?
Amplifying Detention Embraces- I see mentioned more than one user can aide in on this jutsu. Let me just say this, in order to have a barrier that can fully contain a Kage or Jinchūriki, it will require more than one person (around four, to be specific). Just one person, unless they're like a super master of JUST barriers, CANNOT do what you're suggesting. Edited your jutsu to reflect those standards.

I replaced the faster than the naked eye can see bit.
Ryūzetsu and Muku were both practicing Demon Lantern in Ryūzetsu's flashback in the filler movie. From the looks of it, that particular technique was either a technique their Genin team leader had been teaching them, or a staple of Hidden Grass that a number of Genin would attempt to learn. Either way, I don't see it as exclusive. In fact, I intend to imply that Fire Release techniques are common in Hidden Grass, with Demon Lantern being sort of a coming of age technique.
Ryūzetsu in particular was a member of an unnamed clan with a bloodline that apparently included an ability to revive others through sacrificing ones own life force (similar to Chiyo's technique), not related to Muku or Mui in any way, other than implied to have been the Genin teammate of Muku.
Heavenly Prison Fire Sword, on the other hand, is related to Heavenly Prison, which was implied to be exclusive to Mui and Muku's clan in the movie. However, that was 60 years ago according to our timeline. The way I intend to have it, the clan sort of dissolved over the years and their once prized techniques became a staple of Grass ANBU, as the prison guards were gradually phased out in place of ANBU who were taught these techniques as they took over from the clan members. Heavenly Prison and all related techniques are thus now unique to Grass ANBU, and the clan they belonged to no longer exists as a unified clan (there may be individual descendants scattered about).
I edited it to be a little more specific.
My intention was to imply that, as more people stack on the original Detention Embrace technique, it becomes Amplifying Detention Embraces and has a multiplicative effect on the target. One single person cannot use Amplifying Detention Embraces, it is strictly a collaborative technique formed out of Detention Embrace being cast by multiple people. So naturally, depending on how many people are stacking on Detention Embraces, it can theoretically hold anyone.
Grass ANBU operate in squads of four, and that is the number I intended to be the bare minimum required to hold someone well above the average Jonin in skill level (A-S rank individuals, village leaders, jinchūriki, etc..). It is intended to always be a case-by-case thing. There is no guarantee that even six ANBU using Amplifying Detention Embraces can hold, for example, Deidara or Hidan. More would be required to hold Orochimaru than Kakashi, for example. I would negotiate beforehand with the RPer of the character to determine how many ANBU they think would be required to hold their character.

Fire Release • Heavenly Prison Fire Sword- I'll have to deny this one. While I understand what you want to do, you have to understand that clans in Naruto seem to keep their Hijutsu exclusive to them. For an example, the Uzumaki clan was pretty much dissolved but no one outside of their family knows their stuff. In the case of Namikaze Minato, his wife, Uzumaki Kushina taught him the Uzumaki hijutsu that she knew, but that makes him family- which supports my tangent.
Essentially, while I'm already iffy about approving filler jutsu- I cannot approve this with a clear conscious. I like for clans to reserve some integrity, and also I don't really find your allegation for what happened plausible.
Amplifying Detention Embraces- I still don't really see this fully restraining a jinchriki or a bijū. Maybe partially, but I still see them being able to break it if they tried (which they could do easily, I'd assume).

-Okay, I removed it.
- With just four ANBU, of course not, but when you get into the dozens, say 80 ANBU using it? Eventually there is some number that can confine any character, be they a jinchriki or a bijū. I mean to imply that four is the bare minimum required to "partially" subdue a jinchriki or a bijū (momentarily stop them in their tracks in that initial use of the technique), but like you said, they can simply power out of it so long as there are not enough ANBU involved (dozens or more). It would always be a case-by-case thing, and the RPer and I would determine together what is the minimum number needed to subdue their character, be they a jinchriki or a bijū or village leader or something else.
